Contract Detail
Use the Contract Detail screen to view contract details on a service agreement. To open this screen, click a Contract Number on the Service Agreements screen or the Customer Equipment screen.
Information fields on the Contract Detail screen are:

| Field | Description |
| Name | The customer's name. |
| Business Phone Number | The customer's business phone number. |
| Salesperson | The salesperson assigned to the customer's profile. |
| Make | The manufacturer of the unit. |
| Model | The model number on the unit. |
| Description | A brief description of the unit. |
| Serial Number | The unit's serial number. |
Fields on the Contract Detail screen are:

| Stock Number | The stock number of the unit. Click the Stock Number to open the Equipment Profile screen. |
| Contract Number | The service agreement contract number. |
| Current Hour Meter | The current hour meter reading on the unit. Click the Current Hour Meter entry to open the Update Hours screen. |
| Hour Reading Date | The date the unit's hour meter reading was recorded. |
| Program | The service program associated with the contract. |
| Location | The location where the job occurs. |
| Start Date/Hours | The date and hour the labor on the contract started. |
| Expiry Date/Hours | The date and hour the contract expires. |
| Usage/Week | The amount of hours the unit is used per week. |
| Pricing Customer | The customer number associated with the Labor Pricing screen. |
| Rate Code | Defines the technician's rate per hour (optional based on user group settings). |
| Reserved $ | The reserved amount for the entire service agreement (e.g., how much you sold this agreement for). This value must be entered manually. |
| W/O Billed $ | The total dollar amount billed on all completed work orders. |
| Projected $ | Calculated as the reserved amount less all completed jobs, less the value of all remaining jobs. |
| Status | The current status of the contract. |
| Interval | The unit's current hour meter reading. |
| Scheduled | The day the contract is scheduled to start. |
| Description | A brief description of the service. Click a Description to open the Job Code Details screen. |
| Work Order | The work order number. |
| Location | The location. |
