Call Tracking

Use the Call Tracking tab to view and record specific call details between the dealership and the customer related to their job jacket.

The Call Tracking tab is accessed by clicking a Jacket Number on the Job Jackets Listing screen.

Fields on the Call Tracking tab are:

Field Description
Tracking The job jacket number.
Location The location where the machine is being serviced.
Date The date when the call was added.
Time The time when the call was added.
Name The name of the contact who was called.
Description A description of the call.

Click the Need to record a call? Click here to add link to open the Record a Call screen.

Click Close to close the Call Tracking tab and return to the Jacket screen.
