Call Tracking

The Call Tracking tab can be accessed by clicking on the Jacket Number on the Job Jackets Listing screen.
The Call Tracking tab allows you to view and record specific call details between the dealership and the customer related to their job jacket.
The following is a description of the fields that appear on the Call Tracking tab:
Field | Description |
---|---|
Tracking | The job jacket number. |
Location | The branch location where the machine is being serviced. |
Date | The date when the call was added. |
Time |
The time when the call was added. |
Name | The name of the contact who was called. |
Description | A description of the call. |
The Record a Call screen can be accessed by clicking on the Need to record a call? Click here to add link. The Record a Call screen allows you to edit, close, add, view or search for a job request.
The following buttons allow you to complete your work on the Call Tracking tab:

Close | Closes the Jacket tab and returns to the Jacket screen. |
