Kubota Order Status

Use the Kubota Order Status screen to view the status of parts orders that have been transmitted to Kubota via the Kubota Parts Order tab.

To open the Kubota Order Status screen, hover over the Ordering Options link on the Parts Ordering screen and select Kubota Order Status from the drop down list.

Note:  For the Kubota Order Status screen to properly display parts order information, you must complete the steps outlined in Configuring the Kubota Parts Ordering/Availability Interfaces.

Search fields on the Kubota Order Status screen are:

Field Description
Select Order Number The parts order number, as it appears in IntelliDealer.
Select Invoice ID The invoice ID, as it appears in IntelliDealer.
Select Kubota Order ID The order number, as stored by Kubota.
Select Part Number The part number on the order.
Select Order Type

The type of order, as specified by Kubota:

  • Regular
  • Emergency
  • Promotional—special season order
  • Stock—weekly replenishment order with higher minimums, free freight and more discounts
  • Daily Stock—replenishment order with minimums, free freight (if qualified) and some discounts
Select Order Date The date on which the order was placed.
Select Ship Date The date on which the selected order is expected to be shipped.
Select Tracking Number The tracking number associated to the order.
Select Status The status of the order, as specified by Kubota.
Select Ship Via The shipping method for the order, as specified by Kubota.
Select Warehouse The warehouse from which the order is shipped.

Fields on the Kubota Order Status screen are:

Field Description
Order Number The parts order number, as it appears in IntelliDealer.
Invoice ID The invoice ID, as it appears in IntelliDealer.
Order ID The order number, as it is stored by Kubota.
Date The date on which the selected order was placed.
Line # The SAP line number given to each line item on the order.
Type The type of order, as specified by Kubota.
Part Number The part number on the order.
Description A brief description of the part.
Qty The number of parts ordered.
Ship Date The date on which the selected order is expected to be shipped.
Ship Via The shipping method for the order, as specified by Kubota.
Status The status of the order, as specified by Kubota.
Tracking # The tracking number associated to the order.
Warehouse The warehouse from which the order is shipped.

Click Close to close the Kubota Order Status screen.
