Kubota Order Status
Data Source: VMDLR
To open the Kubota Order Status screen, hover over the Ordering Options link on the Parts Ordering screen and select Kubota Order Status from the drop down list.
The Kubota Order Status screen allows you to view the status of parts orders that have been transmitted to Kubota via the Kubota Parts Order tab.
Note: In order for the Kubota Order Status screen to properly display parts order information, you must complete the steps outlined in this procedure.
The following search fields appear on the Kubota Order Status screen:
Field | Description |
---|---|
Select Order Number | The parts order number, as it appears in IntelliDealer. |
Select Invoice ID | The invoice ID, as it appears in IntelliDealer. |
Select Kubota Order ID | The order number, as stored by Kubota. |
Select Part Number | The part number on the order. |
Select Order Type |
The type of order, as specified by Kubota:
Note: The above order types are defined by Kubota. |
Select Order Date | The date on which the order was placed. |
Select Ship Date | The date on which the selected order is expected to be shipped. |
Select Tracking Number | The tracking number associated to the order. |
Select Status | The status of the order, as specified by Kubota; either Confirmed, Back Ordered, Picking, or Billed. |
Select Ship Via | The shipping method for the order, as specified by Kubota; either UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day, UPS 2 Day, UPS Next Day PM, UPS Next Day AM, UPS Next Day Saturday, FedEx Ground, FedEx 3 Day, FedEx 2 Day, FedEx Next Day PM, FedEx Next Day AM, FedEx Next Day Saturday, Will Call, Later Delivery Service, B&G Delivery Service. |
Select Warehouse | The warehouse from which the order will be shipped; Kansas, Georgia, Ohio, Texas or California. |
The following fields appear on the Kubota Order Status screen:
Field | Description |
---|---|
Order Number | The parts order number, as it appears in IntelliDealer. |
Invoice ID | The invoice ID, as it appears in IntelliDealer. |
Order ID | The order number, as it is stored by Kubota. |
Date | The date on which the selected order was placed. |
Line # | The SAP line number given to each line item on the order. |
Type | The type of order, as specified by Kubota; either Regular, Emergency, Promotional, Stock, Daily Stock. |
Part Number | The part number on the order. |
Description | A brief description of the part. |
Qty | The number of parts ordered. |
Ship Date | The date on which the selected order is expected to be shipped. |
Ship Via | The shipping method for the order, as specified by Kubota. |
Status | The status of the order, as specified by Kubota. |
Tracking # | The tracking number associated to the order. |
Warehouse | The warehouse from which the order will be shipped; Kansas, Georgia, Ohio, Texas or California. |
The following button allows you to complete your work on the Kubota Order Status screen:
