Kubota Dealer Availability

To open the Kubota Dealer Availability tab, click the Kubota Availability button on the Parts Availability screen.

The Kubota Dealer Availability tab allows you to view Kubota parts availability at different Kubota dealerships.

Note:  All data displayed on this screen is live from Kubota.

Note:  In order for the Kubota Dealer Availability tab to properly display parts information, you must complete the steps outlined in the Configuring the Kubota Parts Ordering/ Availability Interfaces procedure.

The following search field appears on the Kubota Dealer Availability tab:

Field	Description
Part Number	The IntelliDealer part number you want availability information for.

The following fields appear on the Kubota Dealer Availability tab:

Field	Description
Dealer Name/ Dealer Number	The dealership name and number, as assigned by Kubota and specified on the Dealer tab of the Kubota vendor profile at your dealership.
Qty	The number of parts at the selected dealership.
Condition Code	The condition code (as specified by Kubota) of the selected part.
Class Code	The class code (as specified by Kubota) of the selected part.
Updated Timestamp
Distance	The distance between your dealership and the selected dealership.
Phone Number	The phone number of the selected dealership.

The following button allows you to complete your work on the Kubota Dealer Availability tab:

Button	Function
Close	Closes the Kubota Dealer Availability tab.
