Open Work Orders
Use the Open Work Orders screen to view information on the work orders that are open for a machine unit.
The Open Work Orders screen can be accessed from the Equipment Profile screen by clicking on the Open Work Orders link.
Open Work Order screen
The fields on the Open Work Orders screen are:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Work Order | The open work order number. |
| Customer | The name of the customer on the work order. |
| Description | A brief description of the service performed on the work order. |
| Location | The location the service on the open work order is performed. |
Click on a work order number from the Work Order field to open a non-editable Work Order Details screen.
Click on the customer name from the Customer field to open the Customer Profile screen.
Click Close to complete your work on the Open Work Orders screen and return to the Equipment Profile.
