Job Code Parts

To open the Job Code Parts screen, click the Parts List link on the Job Code Details screen.

Note:  The Parts List link will only appear on the Job Code Details screen if the selected job code has parts listed on the Parts List tab.

The Job Code Parts screen allows you to view the parts required for the selected job code.

The following fields appear on the Job Code Parts screen:

Field	Description
Job Code Number	The job code number.
Make	The job code applies to the unit make (manufacturer of the unit) code loaded in the Make field.
Model	The job code applies to the unit model code loaded in the Model field.
Part Number	The number of the part required for the selected job code.
Description	A brief description of the part number.
Quantity	The number of parts required to perform the service.
% Use	The percentage possibility that this part will need for this job code. Note:  Some OEM’s provide parts lists (Section, Group, Tech Manual Group, Tech Manual Section). For dealer defined job codes these also can be added so that you can also use the import of these lists into the parts requisition screen.

The following button allows you to complete your work on the Job Code Parts screen:

Close	Closes the Job Code Parts screen and returns to the Job Code Details screen.
