Parts List

The Parts List tab can be accessed from the Job Code Details screen be clicking on the Update/View Profile link.

The Parts List tab allows you to add a part to a selected job code.

The following is a description of the Information fields that appear on the Parts List tab:

Information
Field	Description
Job Code Number	The job code number.
Make	The job code applies to the unit make (manufacturer of the unit) code loaded in the Make field.
Model	The job code applies to the unit model code loaded in the Model field.

The following is a description of the search fields that appear on the Parts List tab:

Field	Description
Part Number	The number of the part that you are adding to the corresponding job code.
Description	A brief description of the part.
Quantity	The number of parts required to perform the service.
% Use	The frequency the part is used.

Select the Click here to copy parts from another job code link to copy a part or parts from an existing job code.

The following buttons allow you to complete your work on the Parts List tab:

Button	Function
Save	Saves changes made on the Parts List tab.
Close	Closes the Parts List tab without saving and returns to the Job Code Details screen.
