Parts List
Use the Parts List tab to add a part to a selected job code.
The Parts List tab is accessed from the Job Code Details screen by clicking the Update/View Profile link.
Parts List tab
Information fields on the Parts List tab are:

| Field | Description |
| Job Code Number | The job code number. |
| Make | The job code applies to the unit make (manufacturer of the unit) code loaded in the Make field. |
| Model | The job code applies to the unit model code loaded in the Model field. |
Search fields on the Parts List tab are:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Part Number | The number of the part that you are adding to the corresponding job code. |
| Description | A brief description of the part. |
| Quantity | The number of parts required to perform the service. |
| % Use | The frequency the part is used. |
Click the Click here to copy parts from another job code link to copy a part or parts from an existing job code.
Buttons on the Parts List tab are:

| Save | Saves changes made on the Parts List tab. |
| Close | Closes the Parts List tab without saving and returns to the Job Code Details screen. |
