In Transit

The In Transit screen can be accessed from either the Parts Profile or On Order Details screens by selecting the In Transit quantity link.

Note:  
The link will only appear if the part number is currently on a pending order receipt.

The In Transit screen allows you to view a list of pending order receipts for the selected part number.

The following is a description of the fields that appear on the In Transit screen:

Field	Description
Reference Number	The order receipt reference number.
Supplier Invoice	The supplier provided invoice number.
Date Shipped	The date the order was shipped.
Quantity	The number of parts on order for the selected part number.

Click on a Reference Number to open the Pending Order Receipt screen.

The following button allows you to complete your work on the In Transit screen:

Button	Function
Close	Closes the In Transit screen and returns to the Parts Profile screen.
