Promotional Codes

Use the Promotional Codes screen to select a promotional code from a list to populate the comments text box.

The Promotional Codes screen is accessed from the Equipment Invoicing Comments tab or the Parts Invoicing Comments tab by clicking the Search icon next to the comment text box.

Valid Promotional Codes are set up on the Promotion Code screen available at Configuration > Miscellaneous > Other > Promotion Code.

Click Close to close the Promotional Codes screen without selecting a code and return to the previous screen.
