Promotion Code
Use the Promotion Code screen to add and maintain predefined promotion descriptions that can be imported into text boxes across the system (e.g. parts quotes, work order quotes). To open this screen, navigate to Configuration > Miscellaneous > Other > Promotion Code. Valid Promotional Codes appear on the Promotion Codes screen accessed by clicking the Search 
icon next to a Description field throughout the quoting system applications.
Sort by options on the Promotion Code screen are:

| Code | Sort the search results by promotion code. |
| Location | Sort the search results by location. |
Search fields on the Promotion Code screen are:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Select Code | Search for a promotion code by entering a promotion code. |
| Select Location | Search for a promotion code by entering a location. |
Fields on the Promotion Code screen are:

|---|---|
| Code | The promotion code. Click a Code to open the Promotion Code/Code screen to edit the promotion code. |
| Location | The location of the promotion code. |
Click the Need to create a new promotion code? Click here to add link to add a promotion code.
Move the cursor over a Code and select Edit from the pop-up menu to edit a promotion code.
Move the cursor over a Code and select Copy from the pop-up menu to copy a promotion code.
Click Close to complete your work on the Promotion Code screen.
