Evaluation History
The Evaluation History screen allows you to view the evaluation history for the selected units.
To open the Evaluation History screen, click the Used Evaluations button on the Equipment Profilescreen.
Evaluation History screen
The search fields on the Evaluation History screen are:
| Field | Description |

| Only Last Submission | If selected, displays only the unit's last submitted evaluation, either prospective deal or inspection, depending on the radio button you choose on the Include field. |
| Include | Allows you to choose which type of evaluation to include when searching for evaluations by selecting the appropriate radio button. |
| Select Make/Model | Search for an evaluation by entering a make or model code. |
| Select Condition | Search for evaluation history by selecting a unit's condition from the drop down list. |
| Select Results | Search for evaluation history by selecting evaluation results option from the drop down list. |
| Select Hour Range | Narrow down the used evaluation history search results by entering an hour meter range. |
| Select Model Year Range | Narrow down the used evaluation history search results by entering a machine model year range. |
| History Date Range | Narrow down the used evaluation history search results by selecting/entering a history date range. |
| Select Group Code | Search for an evaluation by entering a group code. Group codes are a way to organize equipment into various categories for reporting and searching purposes. Each dealer can create their own codes to best suit their needs. For example, you may want to have a group code for tractors to search for all makes regardless of the vendor. |
| Select Location | Search for an evaluation by entering a location. |
| Select Options | Search for an evaluation by entering an option. |
| Select Serial Number |
The serial number of the selected unit is automatically populated in this field. |
The fields on the Evaluation History screen are:

| Evaluation Number | The number of the used evaluation. |
| Location | The location at which the evaluation occurred. |
| Modified | The date the evaluation was last modified. |
| Stock Number | The stock number of the unit on the evaluation. |
| Serial Number | The serial number of the unit on the evaluation. |
| Make/Model |
The manufacturer and model of the unit. |
| Group | The unit's group code. |
| Result | The results of the evaluation. |
Click on the Evaluation Number to open an evaluation.
Click on a Stock Number to open the Equipment Profile screen.
Click Close to complete your work on the Evaluation History screen.
