JD Win - Select Dealer Number Screen

Use the JD Win - Select Dealer Number screen to communicate with John Deere and Company. Through this interface you can submit warranty claims, retrieve PIPS, retrieve open PIPS, retrieve warranty dates, and submit delivery receipts.

The JD Win - Select Dealer Number screen is accessed from the Equipment Profile tab by clicking the JD Win link.

Fields on the JD Win - Select Dealer Number screen are:

Field Description
Dealer Number The dealer's identification number.
Description A description of the dealer's claim.
SIC Accommodates those dealerships with more than one dealer per location. SIC codes help differentiate warranty claim edits in the IntelliDealer warranty information management system.

Click Close to close the JD Win - Select Dealer Number screen and return to the Profile tab.

JD Win Screen

Use the JD Win screen to view available options you can perform while transmitting a warranty claim to John Deere.

The JD Win screen is accessed from the JD Win - Select Dealer Number screen by selecting a Dealer Number.

Fields on the JD Win screen are:

Field Description
Warranty Claim Allows you to submit a repair on the work order segment as a warranty claim.
Retrieve PIPS Allows you to retrieve PIPS (product improvement program) information from John Deere for a specific PIN (product information number).
Retrieve Open PIPS Allows you to retrieve open PIPS (product improvement program) information from John Deere for a specific PIN (product information number).
Retrieve Warranty Dates Allows you to retrieve warranty expiration dates and information from John Deere for a specific PIN (product information number).
Submit Delivery Receipt Allows you to create and submit a delivery receipt to John Deere.

Click Close to close the JD Win screen and return to the JD Win - Select Dealer Number screen.

JD Win - Select Vendor Number Screen

Use the JD Win - Select Vendor Number screen to select a vendor for use with John Deere warranty submissions.

The JD Win - Select Vendor Number screen is accessed from the Segments tab by hovering over the Work Order Options link and selecting JD Win from the pop-up menu.

Fields on the JD Win - Select Vendor Number screen are:

Field Description
Vendor Name The name of the vendor to use for submitting the John Deere warranty claims.
Vendor Number The number of the vendor to use for submitting the John Deere warranty claims.

Click Close to close the JD Win - Select Vendor Number screen and return to the Profile tab.
