Adding a Source of Supply Code
Source of Supply codes added to the system will appear as a valid source code on the Select Source Codes screen accessed from on the Parts Profile tab by clicking on the Search 
icon next to the Source field in the Parts Profile system.

From any IntelliDealer screen, click on the Configuration tab.
The Configuration Quick Links screen will appear.

From on the Parts list, click the Profile link and select Source of Supply from the drop down list.

The Source of Supply screen will appear.

On the Source of Supply screen, click on the Need to create a new source of supply? Click here to add link.
The Source of Supply screen will appear.

On the Source of Supply screen, enter a two character alphanumeric type Code.

Enter the Vendor Number you wish to associated to the source of supply code enter above.

Click on the Search icon.
The Vendor Selection screen will appear.

On the Vendor Selection screen, fill out the appropriate fields and click the Go >> link.
The Vendor Selection screen will refresh listing the generated search results.

Click on a Vendor.
The Source of Supply screen will appear listing the select vendor in the Vendor Number field.

On the Source of Supply screen, enter the branch Location where the source of supply code will be valid code.

Click on the Search icon and select a location from the Location Selection screen.

Enter a brief source of supply code Description.

On the Source of Supply screen, click the Save button to save the new source of supply code and return to the Source of Supply screen.
- or -
Click the Save & New button to save the new source of supply code.
The Source of Supply screen will refresh allowing you to add another source of supply code without closing the screen.
