Assigning Parts to a Work Order Within IntelliTech

Note:  
The security switch Allow Parts Requisitions in section 812 must be turned on in order for a technician to be authorized to assign parts to a work order while working in IntelliTech.

  1. From any IntelliDealer screen, click on the Product Support tab.
    The Product Support Quick Links screen will appear.

  2. From the Service List, click the IntelliTech link.
    The Scheduled Work Orders screen will appear.

  3. On the Scheduled Work Orders screen, enter a technician's number into the Select Technician field.
    Click the GO>> link to generate the technician search.

  4. On the selected work order, click on the Yes link on the Log On field.
    The Logged on screen will appear.

  5. From the Logged On screen, click on the Sell Parts button.
    The Work Order Parts Requisition Details screen will appear.

  6. On the Work Order Parts Requisitions Details screen, enter a part number in the Part Number field.
    - or -
    Click on the Search icon to search for a part number.

  7. Click the Save button to populate the Work Order Parts Requisition Details screen.

  8. Click on the Save/Exit button to add the part to the work order and return to the Logged On screen.
