Deactivating a Currency Code

From any IntelliDealer screen, click on the Configuration tab.
Then the Configuration menu appears. -
From the General Ledger list, click the Accounts Payable link and select Currency from the drop down list.

The Currencyscreen appears.

On the Currency screen, fill out the appropriate fields and click the Go >> link.
The Currency screen refreshes the generated search results. -
After selecting a Currency Code, a Currency screen opens.

On that Currency screen, select the Active for System checkbox, removing the checkmark.

Click on the Save button in order to deactivate the currency code.
