Retrieving a Part's Selling Price

Note:  
A Customer Pricing Record must be set up before you can retrieve a part's selling price.

  1. From any IntelliDealer screen, click on the Product Support tab.
    The Product Support Quick Links screen will appear.

  2. From the Parts List, click the Customer Pricing link.
    The Customer Pricing screen will appear.

  3. On the Customer Pricing screen, click on the Price Inquiry link.
    The Retrieve Selling Price screen will appear.

  4. On the Retrieve Selling Price screen, enter a Location.
    - or -
    Click on the Search icon and select a location from the Location Selection screen.

  5. Enter the Customer number, which will apply any customer pricing to the price of the part.
    - or -
    Click on the Search icon.
    The Your Customers screen will appear.

  6. On the Your Customers screen, fill out the appropriate fields and click the Go >> link.
    The Your Customers screen will refresh listing the generated search results.

  7. Click on a Customer Number.
    The Retrieve Selling Price screen will appear listing the selected customer number in the Customer field.

  8. Enter the Part Number.

  9. Click on the Retrieve button to retrieve the part's Result Price.

  10. Click the Save button.
    The Customer Pricing screen will appear listing the retrieved selling price as a customer pricing record.
