Retrieve Selling Price

Use the Retrieve Selling Price screen to retrieve a selling price for a part after price increases, decreases, or pricing has been applied.

To open the Retrieve Selling Price screen, click the Price inquiry link on the Customer Pricing screen.

Note:  You must set up a Customer Pricing Record before you can retrieve a part's selling price.

The fields on the Retrieve Selling Price screen are:

Field Description
Location

The location the customer is in when looking for a part.

Pricing may vary by location.

Customer The number of the customer, which allows the system to apply any customer pricing to the price of the part.
Part Number The part number to retrieve the selling price for.
Quantity

The number of that part currently available.

Price breaks based on quantity purchased can be configured using the Customer Pricing application. Quantity break points can be modified in separate intervals.

Result Price Indicates the parts price after any price increases, decreases or pricing has been applied.

Use these buttons to complete your work on the Retrieve Selling Price screen:

Button Function
Save Saves the retrieved selling price as a customer price defaulting the Location, Customer, and Vendor fields to All.
Retrieve Generates the result price, indicating a part price after any price increases, decreases, or pricing has been applied.
Close Closes the Retrieve Selling Price screen and returns to the Customer Pricing screen.
