Viewing Technician Availability from the Supervisor Menu

  1. From any IntelliDealer screen, click on the Product Support tab.
    The Product Support Quick Links screen will appear.

  2. From the Service List, click the Supervisor link.
    The Supervisor Labor in Progress tab will appear.

  3. On the Supervisor Labor in Progress tab, click on the Technician Availability tab.
    The Service Schedule - Technician Availability tab will appear.

  4. On the Service Schedule - Technician Availability tab, select the Click here to see most available technicians link.
    The Technician Availability screen appears.

  5. On the Technician Availability screen, enter a date range From and To dates.
    - or -
    Click the Search icon to open the Calendar screen in a new browser window and select the appropriate date from the list.

  6. On the Technician Availability screen, click on the Go>> link to generate the search results.
