Service Scheduling - Technician Availability

The Service Scheduling - Technician Availability screen can be accessed from the Technician Availability screen by clicking on a Date.

The Service Scheduling - Technician Availability screen allows you to view technicians daily service schedules.

The following is a description of the fields that appear on the Service Scheduling - Technician Availability screen:

Field	Description
Technician	The technician's name.
Hours	The amount of service hours a technician is scheduled to be available.
Over	The amount of overtime hours the technician would have to work to get everything that is overdue complete.

Click on a Technician to view a technician's scheduled work orders.

Click on the Certification Lookup icon to open the Employee Certification screen.

Click on the Need to record time off? Click here link to record time off.

Select the Click here to see most available technicians link to view technician availability.

The following button allows you to complete your work on the Service Scheduling - Technician Availability screen:
