Service Scheduling - Technician Availability
Use the Service Scheduling - Technician Availability screen to view technician's daily service schedules.
The Service Scheduling - Technician Availability screen can be accessed from the Technician Availability screen by clicking on a Date.

Searching for a Technician's Availability From the Supervisor Menu

From anywhere in IntelliDealer, navigate to Product Support > Service > Supervisor.

Click the Technician Availability tab.

To locate the desired technician, enter your search criteria and click Go>>.

Click a date link in the Date column.

Click a technician's name.
Screen Description
The fields on the Service Scheduling - Technician Availability screen are:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Technician | The technician's name. |
| Hours | The amount of service hours a technician is scheduled to be available. |
| Over | The amount of overtime hours the technician would have to work to get everything that is overdue complete. |
Click a Technician to view a technician's scheduled work orders.
Click the Certification Lookup
icon to open the Employee Certification screen.
Click the Need to record time off? Click here link to record a technician's time off.
Select the Click here to see most available technicians link to view technician availability.
Click Back to complete your work on the Service Scheduling - Technician Availability screen.
