Technician Availability
The Technician Availability screen can be accessed from the Technician Availability tab by selecting the Click here to see most available technicians link.
The Technician Availability screen allows you to view a listing of technicians availability in order from the technician with the most hours of availability to the least hours of availability.
This screen is used to facilitate service scheduling by clearly demonstrating who has the most time available to work on a new work order.
The following is a description of the search field that appears on the Technician Availability screen:

| Select Date Range |
Narrow down the technician availability search results by selecting/entering a date range. |
The following is a description of the fields that appear on the Technician Availability screen:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Technician | The technician's name. |
| Available | How many hours a technician has available. |
| Scheduled | How many hour a technician is currently scheduled to work. |
| Overdue | By how many hours a technician is past the estimated completion date. |
| Overtime | How many overtime hours a technician currently has worked. |
The following button allows you to complete your work on the Technician Availability screen:
