Technician Availability

Use the Technician Availability screen to view a listing of technicians availability in order from the technician with the most hours of availability to the least hours of availability. This screen is used to facilitate service scheduling by clearly demonstrating who has the most time available to work on a new work order.

To access the Technician Availability screen, from the Technician Availability tab click the Click here to see most available technicians link.

The search field on the Technician Availability screen is:

Filed Description
Select Date Range

Narrow down the technician availability search results by selecting/entering a date range.

The fields on the Technician Availability screen are:

Field Description
Technician The technician's name.
Available The number of hours a technician has available.
Scheduled The number of hours a technician is currently scheduled to work.
Overdue The number of hours the technician is past the estimated completion date.
Overtime The number of overtime hours a technician has currently worked.

Click Close to complete your work on the Technician Availability screen.
