Using the IntelliDealer Online Help
The system help is built directly into IntelliDealer and is available to every user through the Support menu or as a link on each screen.

Online Help Documentation
Click the Help icon, located in the top right of the screen or pop-up modal, to access screen-specific help on all IntelliDealer screens.
IntelliDealer Help is updated with new information as each PPU and Service Pack update for IntelliDealer is loaded on to your system. For a list of the latest changes, see the Revision History.
Using the Search
To improve search results, consider using quotes (for example, "customer profile").
The online help search does not return results for incorrectly typed search terms. If you search returns zero results, check your spelling and try again.
It is useful to search for terms one at a time if you are searching for several topics.
If you are looking for a specific term, try the Glossary.
Error Messages in the Online Help
Error Messages that appear within the IntelliDealer app are not referenced in the online help. For questions of specific error messages, please contact support at 1-855-876-2586.
Finding Information in the Help Window
The help window consists of a Table of Contents on the left, and the Help Topic on the right. There is a glossary at the bottom of the Table of Contents.
