Accounts Payable

Ticket Description
IPS-7020

Enhancement: In Configuration > General Ledger > Accounts Payable > Currency, the Foreign Exchange Bank Account field is relabeled to Foreign Exchange Gain/Loss Account. A new edit check warns when an account designated as a bank account in Special Accounts is entered in this field. Existing currency configurations are not affected. See Add Currency/Change Currency

APIs

Ticket Description
APIS-231

Issue: Service Scheduler displays the required work order and segment data for TV monitors, including dealer, technician, work order number, job name, unit type, started flag, status, and priority-ordered jobs aligned with Work Order API validation.

Solution: A new GET endpoint, cloudapi/cdk/heavyequipment/v1/workorders/ServiceToday, returns scheduler details using Work Order API validation. The response uses enumerated names instead of raw codes where appropriate.

APIS-328

Issue: Dealers needed an API to create Parts Profile records in bulk.

Solution: POST /create supports bulk creation of Parts Profile records with record-level validation and partial-success responses.

APIS-334

Issue: Dealers needed an API to update Parts Profile records without submitting separate requests for each part.

Solution: POST /bulk-update updates one or more Parts Profile records in a single request, updating only provided fields and supporting partial success with record-level validation and error reporting.

APIS-335

Issue: Dealers needed an API to retrieve Parts Profile records, including multimedia and custom screen data, in bulk.

Solution: POST /retrieve returns one or more Parts Profile records in a single request, including linked multimedia and custom screen data, with partial success for records that cannot be resolved.

APIS-365

Issue: API Gateway returned 404 when required query parameters were missing because those parameters were marked required in the OpenAPI contract, so APIM operation matching failed before the request reached the backend.

Solution: Affected Work Order cloud API endpoints now treat required query parameters as optional for gateway matching but validate them in the backend. Missing required parameters return 422 instead of 404.

APIS-400

Issue: Swagger documentation had minor inconsistencies and did not include the Equipment Invoice API.

Solution: Applied minor fixes and improvements to Swagger documentation and added support for the Equipment Invoice API.

APIS-405

Issue: The Modify Equipment API did not support updating supplier-related financial fields such as Reference Amount (CBECS), so dealers and integration partners had to update those attributes manually in IntelliDealer.

Solution: The Modify Equipment API now supports updating additional supplier-related financial fields, including Reference Amount (CBECS), with validation, partial updates, and audit logging.

APIS-407

Issue: The Parts Stock Order API did not accept MACHINE_DOWN as an order type.

Solution: MACHINE_DOWN is now an allowed order-type value, mapped to the internal MD order type.

APIS-419

Issue: The Parts Availability API returned availability details but did not include pricing context such as price group, discount, or adjusted price, so dealer portals, eCommerce, and other integrations had to perform separate pricing lookups.

Solution: The Parts Availability API response now includes priceGroup, discount, and adjustedPrice for requested, branch, and substitute part records. Existing response fields and structure are unchanged.

APIS-420

Issue: The Customer Search API did not consistently return soldToAddress1, soldToPostalZipCode, contact, businessEmailAddress, transSalesperson, and custSalesperson, forcing downstream integrations to perform additional lookups.

Solution: The Customer Search API response now includes soldToAddress1, soldToPostalZipCode, contact, businessEmailAddress, transSalesperson, and custSalesperson for each customer record, with null or empty values when data is unavailable.

APIS-430

Issue: The Customer Search API response did not include a last-modified timestamp, so API consumers could not reliably identify recently modified records or perform incremental synchronization.

Solution: The Customer Search API response now includes a lastModifiedDate field (epoch int64) for each customer record. lastModifiedDate can also be used as a request filter to retrieve records modified after a specific timestamp.

DS-23662

Issue: The customerView API returned HTTP 422 when customer numbers contained special characters such as ampersand, apostrophes, spaces, commas, brackets, or $ because URL-encoded values were treated literally instead of being decoded before lookup.

Solution: customerView now decodes URL-encoded company, division, and customerNumber values before building CustomerId and performing the customer lookup.

DS-23681

Issue: The Work Order Quick Add API did not default tax codes the same way as IntelliDealer when customer-specific location tax was not configured, leaving tax codes unassigned instead of falling back to the location-level *ALL tax configuration.

Solution: When customer-specific location tax is not found, the API now falls back to the location-level *ALL tax configuration, matching IntelliDealer behavior.

AvaTax

Ticket Description
IPS-7169

Enhancement: On Financial Management > General Ledger > Avatax, the Avatax Audit Information tab can run an audit comparing IntelliDealer billing and tax history with Avalara AvaTax records. Results highlight missing invoices or tax total mismatches with pass/fail status and audit reasons, with drill-down detail. See AvaTax: Offline Logging.

Configuration

Ticket Description
DS-20851

Issue: In Unattended Rental Billing Parameters, the Print Component section displayed without print option checkboxes, so users could not view or update Print Category/Class/Subclass Comments, Print Extended Description, or Print Signature.

Solution: Unattended Rental Billing Parameters now displays all Print Component options correctly, and users can view, modify, and save these settings.

IPS-7139

Enhancement: In Configuration > General Ledger > Accounts Payable > Currency, a new edit check warns when an account designated as an A/P account in Special Accounts is entered in the Foreign Exchange Payables Account field. Existing currency configurations are not affected.

IPS-7383

Enhancement: Added New Zealand to the Country dropdown in Configuration > Miscellaneous > Other > System Settings, allowing companies to be configured with a New Zealand country code.

CRM Gatekeeper

Ticket Description
LA-1802

Issue: CRM Gatekeeper no longer allowed filtering on date added after a UI update.

Solution: Filtering on date added is restored in CRM Gatekeeper.

LA-1808

Issue: For CRM Gatekeeper quotes processed through the system, miscellaneous charges were cut off.

Solution: Miscellaneous charges are no longer cut off for CRM Gatekeeper quotes processed through the system.

Customer

Ticket Description
DS-23467

Issue: On the Contact profile, salesperson lookup buttons (magnifying glass) remained clickable when the profile was locked.

Solution: Salesperson lookup buttons on the Contact profile now respect the locked state and are disabled when the profile cannot be edited.

Equipment

Ticket Description
IPS-7445

Enhancement: A new division-level setting, Margin Worksheet Use Original Cost for New Units, controls how cost is calculated for new equipment on the Margin Report Worksheet. When off (default), the worksheet uses Net Book Value for new units and attachments. When on, it uses the unit's original cost. Configure this in division equipment settings (DIVTAB1).

DS-16616

Issue: In Product Support > Equipment > Equipment Profile > Warranty Dates tab, clicking Save after editing a row incorrectly displayed an "Are you sure you want to delete?" confirmation instead of saving the changes.

Solution: The delete confirmation now appears only for user-initiated deletes. Edited warranty dates save without a delete prompt

DS-20221

Issue: In Equipment Profile > Multimedia, Customer Profile > Multimedia, and Customer Profile > Contact, clicking Reset after applying filters returned users to the Profile tab instead of keeping them on the current tab.

Solution: Reset now restores filters to their default values while keeping users on the current tab.

DS-21199

Issue: In Product Support > Equipment > Equipment Profile > Equipment Listing, sorting the Price/Cost column did not always display records in the correct order for some costing modes even though sort indicators were shown.

Solution: The Price/Cost column now sorts correctly based on the displayed value for each costing mode (List Price, Cost, Net Book Value, and Reference).

DS-23613

Issue: In Product Support > Equipment > Equipment Listing, some Equipment Profile fields were not available in the column picker (for example, Supplier Invoice Date and Settlement Date), even though they appeared in the Equipment Profile and CSV export.

Solution: The Equipment Listing column picker now includes Supplier Invoice Date, Settlement Date, Equipment Identifier, Finance Start Date, Delivery Date, Traded Date, Date Not Available For Sale, Basic Warranty Date, Extended Warranty Date, Last Preventative Maintenance WO Date, Modified, Floor Plan Due Date, and Source when allowed by field security. Date Promised (Reserved) was already available and is unchanged. See Equipment Listing

IPS-7104

Enhancement: During Equipment Billing, invoice details are saved to a new Invoice Data file (INVHDAT) alongside the existing invoice history to support viewing equipment invoices as PDFs in a future update. Existing invoice history is not affected.

FileBound

Ticket Description
DS-23639

Issue: Voucher number prefixes were incorrect because of shared singleton bean usage.

Solution: Prefix handling was corrected for voucher numbers.

LA-1809

Issue: The FileBound JSON value was visible on the properties listing screen.

Solution: The FileBound JSON value is now hidden on the properties listing screen.

General Ledger

Ticket Description
DS-21607

Issue: After unlocking the Special Accounts modal, the Add Row button appeared outside the modal.

Solution: Styling was updated so the Add Row button in affected modals appears inside the modal.

IDMA

Ticket Description
LA-1706

Enhancement: Technicians can log in to a work order not assigned to them from a new menu item on the MobileTech screen in ID Mobile Access.

InspectionPlus

Ticket Description
IPS-7056

Enhancement: The InspectionPlus Assign Service screen was updated for clearer UI/UX. Add N/A and Add Job Code(s) moved from below the job code rows into a step-cell menu. Step name, comment, and job code description typography was updated. Media, Trash, and Add icons and tooltips were refreshed. Selected job codes display a clipboard-with-checkmark icon in the table.

IPS-7314

Issue: When a stock number linked to inspections was removed or changed on a Traffic Ticket, users were not notified that the associated inspections had been unlinked.

Solution: A global notification now displays the number of inspections unlinked when a stock number with linked inspections is removed or changed on a Traffic Ticket.

Interfaces

Ticket Description
COEM-119

Enhancement: JD Equipment Upload processing has been moved from a background polling job into the event-driven Request Queue. Equipment changes through the equipment profile now create queue entries. The transmit functionality in the equipment upload tab now creates the queue entries and the request queue executor drives the upload processing, removing the need for a recurring job. The 'transmit single unit' tab does not use the queue. See John Deere: Equipment Upload Configuration.

  • The existing five-minute polling job for JD equipment synchronization is fully retired in favor of event-driven processing.
  • Queue entries provide durable visibility into pending, sent, and failed uploads, enabling targeted retry and reprocessing when needed.
DS-23771

Issue: The Reset Password functionality was removed from the CNH Credentials modal during migration to Configuration > Interfaces > CNH > Credentials.

Solution: Restored the Reset Password functionality in the new modal. See CNH: Credentials

OEM-3218

Enhancement: AGCO Shop B2B (PFW.6530) Parts Order transmit is available. See AGCO Shop B2B

OEM-3669

Feature: Updated rental invoicing to perform credit card capture at the time the rental invoice is billed for Worldpay, Versapay, CNH Productivity Plus, and FreedomPay. When a rental contract is billed from the Invoicing tab or through a rental billing run, authorized credit card payments are captured immediately instead of waiting for a delayed capture at invoice print or from a nightly process. Dealers receive funds sooner, and rental invoicing now aligns with equipment invoicing capture behavior.

OEM-3856

Enhancement: RSA SSH key management was added for Wells Fargo Receivables Manager. Dealers can generate, validate, and download SSH keys from a new Keys tab under Configuration > Interfaces > Other > Wells Fargo. Keys are written to the IBM i IFS where existing code expects them. See Wells Fargo Receivables Manager

OEM-3875

Enhancement: AEMP 2.0 interfaces were updated to allow matching on PIN instead of serial number.

DS-23422

Issue: problemExtendedDescription formatting differed between MANUAL and JD_SVAP order types. Changes to preserve long URLs in SVAP requests caused normal text to lose proper word wrapping, and some SVAP invoice completion events were generated with missing financial totals.

Solution: Extended description formatting now wraps text at word boundaries while preserving long URLs. Validation prevents publishing invoice completion events when all totals, labor, and parts values are missing.

DS-23593

Issue: When the listing screen loaded with an invalid dealer number, the screen threw an error.

Solution: A dealer number select field is now shown when job or checklist details are loading.

DS-23614

Issue: When a large response was received, WebClient failed to convert the data and threw a DataBuffer exception during expert services checklist fetch.

Solution: The WebClient buffer is increased only for checklist details and job details APIs.

DS-23615

Enhancement: JD eCommerce now supports the configuration of default imposition parts of up to 30 characters in length.

DS-23641

Issue: Historical CNH transmit used one large query joining in the same cursor. On production dealers this contributed to high QZDASOINIT temp storage and long runtimes.

Solution: The query was optimized by splitting the monolithic SQL cursor into a lightweight segment query plus per-segment enrichment (billing details, invhdf1 RDH/RDC/RDS/RDT, memos).

DS-23643

Issue: When using real-time billing, work order credits were not authorized by JDC2 for CNH Productivity Plus and AGCO+.

Solution: The order of JDC2, CNH Productivity Plus, and AGCO was changed to align with Worldpay and Versapay. 4The A/R tab is always displayed during invoicing, but authorization buttons are unavailable until the dealer is directed to the A/R tab before the final close screen.

DS-23653

Issue: For some vendors, the prefix field in the transmitted transactional demand file was sent as Other instead of the correct prefix.

Solution: The logic now sends the correct prefix values based on Kubota Smart Supply interface properties.

DS-23659

Issue: When no response was received from the Polaris API, the screen threw a General Internal Failure.

Solution: When no response is received, a proper error message is displayed on the screen or tab.

DS-23670

Issue: The JD Prism New rewrite interface failed to create parts transfer records.

Solution: Missing@Transactional annotations were added in the creation methods to create PO/transfer records.

OEM-3301

Feature: AGCO Shop B2B (PFW.6530) Price File interface is available.

OEM-3562

Enhancement: JD eCommerce can handle pending payment events transmitted by John Deere when Deere is delayed capturing the customer payment.

OEM-3791

Enhancement: Non-PDC orders can be cancelled through JD eCommerce. Previously only PDC orders could be cancelled by John Deere.

OEM-3798

OEM-3866

Enhancement: John Deere Complete Goods invoice events now populate all provided serial numbers on the equipment profile.

OEM-3871

Issue: Komatsu min/max quantities were updated when PMASL and PMOAR conditions were not met.

Solution: Min/max quantities are updated only when PMASL = Y and PMOAR = Y and both min and max values are not 0.

OEM-3887

Enhancement: s*: Added JOHN_DEERE_SALES_CENTER_EQP_UPLOAD("PFW.6258") feature check to enable triggers related to CGIBASE

OEM-3894

Enhancement: CLAAS Order Confirmation API support was updated to include inquiry-id as a parameter.

IPS-7465

Enhancement: The YTDJRL journal file logging now captures all journal entry sources, including system-generated entries. Previously, only uploaded or manually keyed journal entries were logged.

DS-23595

Issue: With dark system themes (e.g. Dark Blue, Dark Purple), the selected location row in the top navigation location dropdown used a dark background but the branch name text did not switch to white, making the current location hard or impossible to read.

Solution: The active location row in the location dropdown now uses white text on dark themes, matching the header location label.

DS-23611

Issue: On the Real-Time Billing Queue screen (Service > Real-Time Billing Queue), the filters section collapsed automatically when filters were applied, requiring users to reopen it to adjust criteria. Additionally, the Customize Columns button did not display the count of visible columns.

Solution: The filters section now remains open after filters are applied, allowing users to refine their search without additional clicks. The Customize Columns button now displays a badge showing the number of visible columns.

DS-21714

Issue: When IntelliDealer sent an email during a billing run or web session, an invalid character encoding value could prevent the email process from completing successfully. This could cause affected jobs to stop responding and require manual intervention to resume.

Solution: Updated the email sending programs (SPLPDF02, SNDEMAIL) to validate the character encoding value and default to a valid setting when necessary. Emails now complete without interruption.

Parts

Ticket Description
DS-23650

Issue: The On Order column on the parts search screen did not include the back order amount.

Solution: The On Order column now includes the back order amount in its calculation.

APIS-341

Issue: Dealers needed to retrieve Parts Profile inventory information in bulk.

Solution: POST /inventory retrieves inventory information for one or more Parts Profile records in a single request with partial success.

APIS-372

Issue: Dealers needed to search and filter Parts Profile records by fields such as bin location using operations such as equals and not equals.

Solution: POST /search now supports extensible search filters, including bin location, with equals and not equals operations.

DS-22633

Issue: Creating a parts order through part requisition from a work order failed when fetching the ship-to address because an extra newline character was included in the ship-to address when the work order was created through the Work Order Quick Add API.

Solution: The Work Order Quick Add API now strips the newline character from the ship-to address, allowing parts orders to be created through part requisition without error.

Payment Processing

Ticket Description
IPS-7477

Enhancement: Home > Executive Summaries Today's Revenue Meter values now accurately reflect same-day billing (both billing run and real-time billing) activity across all revenue categories, including equipment, work orders, parts, shop labor, rental, and general invoicing. Previously, meters could undercount revenue when billing runs were processed throughout the day.

Printing

Ticket Description
DS-19275

Issue: On the PDF Archive screen (Home > Printer Output/PDF Viewer > View PDF > PDF Archive), only the first page of results was shown, the pagination footer was hidden, and users with large archives could not page through older items.

Solution: The standard grid pagination footer is now shown, and data reloads when users change pages so the full archive can be browsed. See Printer Output/PDF Viewer

DS-18304

Issue: The printer dropdown showed duplicate entries when users scrolled to load more results, and printer names were unsorted.

Solution: Printer search now handles pagination and search independently. Scrolling without a search term loads paginated batches without duplicates. Search results are filtered, deduplicated, and sorted lexicographically by printer ID to match Configuration > Miscellaneous > Printing.

Rental

Ticket Description
DS-19340

Issue: Deleting equipment with Rental Cost Percentage set failed with a General Internal Failure, and users had to clear the rental cost percentage before delete would succeed.

Solution: Equipment delete now sends the correct rental cost value to the legacy system, so units with Rental Cost Percentage set can be deleted without clearing that field first.

Service

Ticket Description
LA-1709

Feature: Endpoints that mimic legacy business logic were added to sell parts from consignment, allowing a technician to sell parts from their truck while working on a work order.

OEM-3732

Enhancement: When Service Office sends travel time, Work Order Memos are updated with distance and time.

TechAssist

Ticket Description
LA-1801

Issue: TechAssist returned vendors instead of equipment manufacturers.

Solution: TechAssist now returns equipment manufacturers.

VitalEngage Text

Ticket Description
LA-1755

Issue: Dealers with large customer bases needed to collect texting consent before sending messages, but the daily consent email limit of 1,000 made large campaigns take many days to complete.

Solution: Dealers can now set the daily limit for consent emails.

LA-1796

Issue: SMS texts from VitalEngage Text were blocked by carriers because no welcome message with opt-out instructions was sent when customer consent was received.

Solution: VitalEngage Text now sends a welcome message with opt-out instructions when customer consent is received.

LA-1820

Enhancement: A date filter was added to show how many emails were sent within a selected date range. See VitalEngage Text Consent Dashboard

VitalEngage Text: Opt-in Form

LA-1816

Issue: Phone number search in contacts required country codes and failed to return results for partial numbers.

Solution: Users can search phone numbers using partial numbers without country codes.

Worldpay

Ticket Description
OEM-3809

Enhancement: Dealers in the US can perform credit card surcharging for Worldpay. See Worldpay: Surcharging using Fee Assist

2026.07.001

APIs

Ticket Description

Solution: The feature license process has been re-factored to work independently without blocking any OEM feature.

2026.06

PPU 2026.06.007

APIs

Ticket Description
DS-23779

Solution: Removed the unnecessary line of code that was causing the issue.

PPU 2026.06.006

Interfaces

Ticket Description
DS-23773

Issue: All Labor Time received from Claas Service Office was being added to a Customer Cash code.

PPU 2026.06.004

Avatax

Ticket Description
DS-23752

Issue: Some invoice screens calculated tax using IntelliDealer’s built-in tax instead of AvaTax, even when AvaTax appeared to be on.

Solution: AvaTax settings on Configuration > Interfaces > Avatax now carry down from the division or company when they are missing for a location. Check AvaTax Enabled, SST Enabled, and Uppercase Address at the location, division, or company level so invoicing uses AvaTax as expected.

PPU 2026.06.003

Parts

Ticket Description
DS-23735

Issue: A trigger on the part count file was crashing due to invalid field data.

Solution: The trigger was removed to avoid crashes when creating part inventory counts.

DS-23745

Issue: On June 22, 2026, an intermittent Tomcat outage affected IntelliDealer ASP environments LPAR8, LPAR3, LPAR6, and LPAR2. Users may have experienced brief service interruptions on those partitions.

Solution: The PPU has been updated to reduce application logging during large CSV exports, prevent server resource strain, and improve service stability during exports.

PPU 2026.06.002

Traffic

Ticket Description
DS-23723

Issue: The Traffic Ticket Stock Add-On Tab was causing an unrecoverable error.

Solution: Removed the log message and now allow the user to proceed with adding a stock number.

PPU 2026.06.001

Accounts Receivable

Ticket Description
DS-23620

Issue: Billing history auxiliary (MNBDA) records were not created during real-time parts billing, causing missing data for manufacturer retail sales interfaces.

Solution: Added logic to automatically generate MNBDA records during the parts billing run, ensuring manufacturer interface data is populated correctly.

DS-23640

Issue: When using real-time parts billing, the CMASTR table sometimes remains open.

Solution: Ensure CMASTR closes properly when printing invoices via real-time parts billing.

IAAD-98

Enhancement: Added AMAX processing to the real-time parts billing process.

Administration

Ticket Description
OEM-3818

Enhancement: Improved the visibility and control over batch jobs.

  • VitalEdge employees can see all jobs across the entire system, no matter the library, at Administration > Settings > Batch Jobs.
  • The function of Quick Links > Jobs In Batch has been added to Administration > Settings > Batch Jobs as a new tab called Legacy Jobs Running. See Legacy Jobs Running.
  • If user has Web Admin - Access Batch Jobs security then both Quick Links > Jobs In Batch and Administration > Settings > Batch Jobs are the same. If the user does not have the required security access, these screens only show legacy jobs running.

APIs

Ticket Description
APIS-305

Issue: In IntelliDealer, the Print Parts Invoices flag defaults to checked when a new customer is created. But when creating a customer via BSI, the flag defaults to unchecked.

Solution: Updated the API so that when creating a customer via BSI, the flag defaults to checked.

APIS-340

Issue: The Modify Customer API handled blank or omitted Avalara Entity Use Code (CUAEU) values inconsistently compared to the UI and BSI integrations. When the API received a blank value, the customer record was saved with a null/empty Avalara Entity Use Code instead of the standardized BLANK (NOT SET) value used by other customer creation flows. This created data inconsistencies across integrations and raised concerns about potential downstream impacts to Avalara tax calculations, reporting, and synchronization processes for large-scale customer updates.

Solution: Added validation and normalization logic for Avalara Entity Use Code handling within the Customer API flow. Blank, empty, or omitted values are now normalized to AvalaraEntityUseCode.BLANK to align API behavior with UI and BSI customer creation behavior. Additional validation was introduced to reject invalid or unknown Avalara entity use codes while preserving compatibility with existing integrations such as Fortellis-Elead. Response serialization was also updated to always expose the explicit blank value consistently to API consumers. Testing confirmed that the fix resolves the inconsistency without introducing breaking changes to downstream integrations.

APIS-360

Issue: Dealers need to apply customer payments to Accounts Receivable from external systems without using the cash receipt UI or chaining multiple API calls across batch creation, validation, payment application, and batch job submission.

Solution: We added POST /process to perform the full cash receipt workflow in one request: create/reuse a batch, validate customers and invoices, apply payments and adjustments, and submit the ARCU001 update job.

APIS-369

Issue: Dealers may not know what the valid cash receipt field values are when calling the process API. They need a way to look up existing cash receipt and currency data before submitting a payment.

Solution: Added GET /details and GET /getCurrencyDetails so dealers can query cash receipt and currency data in IntelliDealer and enter the correct values on POST /process.

APIS-418

Issue: Equipment Locator API response did not expose rental classification fields from CGIBASE, although Category/Class/Subclass values are available in IntelliDealer UI and are required for rental workflows.

Solution: Added CBCAT, CBCLS, and CBSCLS to the Equipment Locator response DTO, mapped them from equipment category/class/subclass values, ensured fields are always present including null cases, updated API documentation and sample responses, and added unit tests for populated and missing classification values.

LA-1694

Enhancement: Increased the response time of the AI Tech Assist Work Orders API.

LA-1713

Enhancement: Added segment description to the AI Tech Assist Work Order API and 3Cs (cause, complaint, and correction) APIs.

Solution: Updated validation to not throw an error when validating tables. Also cleaned up fields missed from previous removal.

CRM Gatekeeper

Ticket Description
LA-1612

Enhancement: If a quote or invoice was created using the CRM Gatekeeper, IntelliDealer now shows a CRM Gatekeeper Options checkbox during the import descriptions function on the quote segment. See CRM Gatekeeper.

Customer

Ticket Description
DS-23383

Issue: In the Customer Portal (Customer Care > CRM > Customer Portal), selecting the More link for Open Service Work Orders, Open Parts, Work Order Parts Requisitions, or Invoice History did not display results when the customer number contains special characters.

Solution: Updated the Customer Portal links to correctly handle special characters in customer numbers.

Equipment

Ticket Description
DS-23344

Issue: On the Product Support > Equipment > Equipment Profile > Equipment Listing screen, the Inventory Account and Sale Account fields were available as on-screen column selections but were not included in the CSV export.

Solution: The Equipment Listing CSV export now includes the Inventory Account and Sale Account columns when selected.

DS-23560

Issue: The Equipment Invoicing Trade-Ins tab didn’t edit check the equipment inventory account. Users were able to specify a trade-in unit with inventory account A while that unit has inventory account B in the Equipment Profile, resulting in an equipment balancing issue.

Solution: The system now validates that the inventory account entered on the Trade-Ins tab matches the unit's Equipment Profile when the account application type is 'inventory.' The same validation applies on the G/L Defaults tab when clicking the Release or Bill Invoice button (shown when real-time billing is activated).

IPS-7417

Enhancement: Added internationalization support (i18n keys) for Equipment Invoice PDFs.

InspectionPlus

Ticket Description
DS-23427

Issue: Some InspectionPlus history results were not displayed.

Solution: Corrected table data so all results display.

IPS-6173

Issue: When a user was using InspectionPlus and the session timed out, the time out modal was not triggered. Upon return, the user was able to continue interacting with the screen unaware that data wasn’t being saved due to session being closed.

Solution: Ensure the time out modal is triggered while InspectionPlus is the open screen.

IPS-7340

Enhancement: Added a new InspectionPlus button to the Stock Add Ons and Attachments tabs, allowing users to launch and access the new InspectionPlus functionality directly from these pages. See Stock Add Ons and Traffic: Attachments.

IPS-7341

Enhancement: Added a new InspectionPlus button to the Attachments tabs, allowing users to launch and access the new InspectionPlus functionality directly from this page. See Equipment Invoice: Attachments.

IPS-7432

Enhancement: Added internationalization support (i18n keys) for InspectionPlus reports.

Integrated Rental

Ticket Description
DS-23498

Issue: New units were occasionally sent to Integrated Rental with an incorrect unit status.

Solution: New units now go through the proper method which correctly sets the unit status.

Interfaces

Ticket Description
COEM-113

Enhancement: CNH PPP Claim Invoice Report can now retrieve PPP claim invoice detail data from CNH DEP for a specific invoice using the company code, invoice number, and invoice year to display all returned invoice header and line-item fields. This is done in the PPP Claim Invoice Report tab located on the CNH eWarranty Vehicle Lookup screen and provides a reporting-only entry point from CNH MyFleet. See CNH DEP eWarranty Vehicle Lookup.

COEM-317

Enhancement: CNH Credentials are now consolidated into a single Credentials page. Credential fields (User ID, Password, Subscription Key) have been removed from individual interface configuration screens (DEP, CSPS, eWarranty, eQuipment) to eliminate duplicate data and reduce confusion. The Subscription Key field has been added to the CNH Credentials page for the DEP interface. No changes to underlying credential storage or nightly password update behavior. See Configuration: Credentials.

COEM-356

Feature: Dealers have an interest in making their equipment inventory available for purchase at third-party websites, and as such require a standardized process to transmit inventory details daily to said third-party vendors. Different dealer-vendor combinations require specific configurations in transfer protocols, file formatting, and value selection and transformation.

The Equipment Inventory Feed interface provides a standardized process to transmit inventory details daily to third-party vendors. Use the tabs to configure the specific transfer protocols, file formatting, and value selection and transformation required by the dealer-vendor combination. Solution: Added validation on EquipmentOptionAddedInFieldService API for the option.

DS-23281

Issue: When using the John Deere Expert Services interface to create a work order quote, the submit event returned successful, and instead of closing the Quote window it closed the complete tab/window.

Solution: Corrected the interface to now just close the Quotes window.

DS-23346

Issue: The Komatsu Parts Order Transmit screen was not defaulting to the dealer code from the Vendor Profile.

Solution: If no default dealer number is configured for the location, then the interface defaults to the matching dealer number from the Parts order location. See Komatsu Parts Order Transmit.

Rental

Ticket Description
DS-23360

Issue: In a rental contract, when a job site configured to require a PO number was selected, saving the contract without a PO number displayed the incorrect error "Job site is required" (PFW1669) instead of indicating that a PO number was needed.

Solution: A new error message (PFW5109) now correctly displays "PO Number is required" when a PO number is missing for a job site that requires one. See Rental Counter.

Service

Ticket Description
APIS-389

Issue: Background billing and in-use updates were marking work orders as modified overnight, even when no meaningful business change occurred. Pedigree uses dateModified to detect real work order changes, so these technical updates caused unnecessary reprocessing and sync churn.

Solution: Updated the work order in-use and billing save path so technical billing lock updates no longer change dateModified, while normal business edits still continue to update it.

DS-23017

Enhancement: When reversing a Work Order, a new message now displays on the reversal screen indicating that invoices will be processed through the Real-time Billing Queue and should be monitored there for billing status. See Work Order Reversal.

Solution: The Work Order Listing CSV export now includes the Last Activity Date field when selected.

DS-23548

Issue: In Product Support > Service > IntelliTech and other areas using the MCWOD01 component (including Supervisor Labor in Progress and Work Order Assignment tabs), labels for Description, Cause, Complaint, and Correction overlapped on the work orders, making them difficult to read.

Solution: Labels and fields now align and display clearly across all affected screens.

VESign

Ticket Description
DS-23549

Issue: When deactivating VESign for a location in Configuration > Interfaces > VESign (Electronic Document Signing), the system displayed the error "Cannot deactivate location VESign Signings in progress," even though all documents on the VESign Dashboard appeared as Signed, Cancelled, or Revised.

PPU 2026.05.004

Interfaces

Ticket Description
DS-23585

Issue: Komatsu Retail sales transmit produced errors in the batch log screens about parts invoices not being able to send to Komatsu. However, the interface assumed it was sent. These errors are related to closed parts invoices and requisitions.

Solution: The interface now handles closed parts invoices and requisitions properly to prevent NPE errors that caused them to not be sent.

DS-23599

Enhancement: Updated historical data payload fields based on CNH's request.

DS-23540

Issue: When attempting to transmit CNH historical work order data with TRANSMIT_ALL make codes configured, the interface failed to transmit and sent the message "Error attempting to apply AttributeConverter".

Solution: Added a null guard to the WorkOrderServiceCallConverter, so a null column maps to a None attribute.

DS-23536

Issue: The date on invoices downloaded from Ditch Witch showed a different invoice date depending on the user's time zone.

Solution: Ditch Witch invoices now use noon as the time for invoice dates, regardless of the user's time zone.

VitalEngage Text

Issue: Messages were not reliably reaching the correct recipients, causing missed notifications and failed auto-replies.

Solution: Implemented a dedicated delivery approach so each system reliably receives and processes its intended messages independently.

PPU 2026.05.002

Accounts Payable

Ticket Description
DS-23113

Issue: When a dealer creates a new equipment record from an equipment purchase order and then changes the Group code (for example, from INVENTORY to CERTIFIED) before saving, equipment defaults do not reapply. The Inventory GL Account on the Equipment Profile can stay tied to the original group, so on-order units post to the wrong inventory account and Integrated Rental receives the wrong department.

Solution: Equipment update logic was changed so that when the Group code changes on equipment created from an Equipment PO, the system reapplies Equipment Defaults and refreshes related GL accounts. On-order units use the correct Inventory GL Account for the final Group code, and Integrated Rental receives the correct department information. See Equipment Profile

APIs

Ticket Description
APIS-385

Issue: Work Order APIs sometimes returned status as a structured object instead of a string, which made the contract unclear for consumers and Create/Update payloads.

Solution: The API contract and documentation now specify whether status is object or string consistently across segments; Create/Update accept the same shape (preferably object) with backward compatibility where required.

APIS-367

Issue: Filtering errors occurred for Stock Number special condition ? and REVERSAL on Retrieve Equipment Invoice API; Customer and Salesperson filters used equipment instead of equipment invoice.

Solution: Removed the special Stock Number condition and corrected Customer and Salesperson filtering to use equipment invoice

Issue: Equipment Identifier (CGIBASE.CBEQI) exists in IntelliDealer but was not exposed on Equipment Create/Modify APIs for reconciliation.

Solution: Optional EquipmentIdentifier on Create/Modify APIs maps to CGIBASE.CBEQI has been added.

APIS-329

Issue: The Service Request API required Technician Key, Job Code, and Estimated Hours. SVAP / Expert Alert requests sometimes lack those values and could not be created.

Solution: Job Code and Estimated Hours are optional. Technician Key is optional (use supplied value or generate a timestamp). Duplicate detection was updated; non-SVAP behavior is preserved.

APIS-300

Issue: Create/Update Work Order API needed to accept labor hours with start and stop date/time and premium code.

Solution: Create/Update Work Order API now accepts labor hours with start and stop date/time and premium code.

APIS-231

Issue: Service Scheduler displays need work order and segment data for TV monitors. The API must return dealer, technician, work order number, job name, unit type, started flag, status, and priority-ordered jobs, aligned with Work Order API validation.

Solution: New the GET endpoint cloudapi/cdk/heavyequipment/v1/workorders/ServiceToday returns scheduler details using Work Order API validation. Response uses enumerated names instead of raw codes where appropriate; the unused code was removed.

APIS-214

Issue: Invalid control numbers and supplier invoice validation occurred in the BSI createEquipment API.

Solution: Control number defaults when equipment status is now QUOTE based on equipment type. Supplier invoice dates default to null when equipment status is QUOTE.

APIS-192

Issue: Migrate Old Legacy XML BSI create Equipment Invoice API to Java(Ws-cdkhe).

Solution: Migrated Old Legacy XML BSI create Equipment Invoice API to Java(Ws-cdkhe).

APIS-179

Issue: The Equipment Locator API (POST retrieves multimedia files) did not filter multimedia records by creation date. Clients needed an optional filter to sync records by creation date.

Solution: Optional request field multimediaDateAddedFrom now returns records with dateAdded >= the supplied date. Service logic also now applies date filtering before building the response. dateAdded is included in the multimedia response payload.

AvaTax

Ticket Description
APIS-333

Solution: JDElips links lines to the correct stock number, or to blank when none applies.

OEM-3753

Enhancement: When Claas sends a relevant item file, parts not in PARTMAST but present in PARTPRC with sell and cost price are added to PARTMAST for that location automatically instead of manual entry one part at a time.

DS-23475

Issue: Values sent to SMO for inventorySubStatusReferenceId needed to change.

Solution: Rented maps are sent to Rental with Deere status values. In Use is not sent when inappropriate; the prior status is used instead (CBSBC per product guidance).

DS-23460

Issue: JD Dealer Rewards was not correctly transmitting parts invoices due to an error in the filtering process.

Solution: JD Dealer Rewards parts invoice data now transmits successfully.

DS-23366

Issue: Dealers could not change Auto-fill drop ship orders or Include on-order parts in availability on Configuration > Interfaces > Komatsu > MyKomatsu Integration without entering Identity and Shared Secret.

Solution: Those check boxes do not depend on Identity and Shared Secret, so Identity was made optional. If Identity is entered, Shared Secret remains required.

See: Configuration: MyKomatsu Integration

DS-23363

Issue: With Vermeer credentials missing (Interfaces > Vermeer > Credentials), the screen threw a general internal failure.

Solution: The screen validates configuration and shows a clear error when credentials are not set up.

DS-22774

Issue: After an invoice was authorized to an external agency (for example Versapay or Worldpay), switching the invoice to Internal A/R showed message 2026 and the user could get stuck in a loop.

Solution: The message can still appear, but if the authorization record is missing IntelliDealer removes the ccauth record. The user can switch tabs and return to A/R to authorize, consistent with other agencies.

IPS-7017

Enhancement: Parts real-time billing no longer requires a beta object to exist.

IAAD-82

Enhancement: Financial Management > Real-Time Billing Queue processing was improved so billing items are less likely to remain in the queue indefinitely. IntelliDealer automatically requeues eligible unsuccessful billing attempts and recovers items stuck in Processing by requeuing them for another attempt. Queue cleanup was updated so completed or successfully billed entries are kept for two months before removal under the defined rules. See Real-time Billing Queue

DS-23309

Issue: During rental billing, if a unit was on hold on the Rental > Return tab and the hold record lacked a start or end date, Real-Time Billing Queue could error and the invoice did not finish.

Solution: Rental billing treats missing hold dates as zero days, matching legacy behavior. Area: Rental > Return tab and Real-Time Billing Queue.

DS-23136

Issue: When billing a work order through the Real-Time Billing queue, the billing run was prevented from completing successfully if a parts requisition line on the work order had a missing or invalid date modified — for example, a date of zero resulting from a parts order substitution. The affected work order remained in the billing queue in an error state.

Solution: The Real-Time Billing process now validates dates before comparison, so billing completes successfully even when a requisition part has a missing date modified.

Reports

Ticket Description
DS-23277

Issue: In Product Support > Service > Analysis Reports > Efficiency Tab, clicking on a Type code description produced the error "Unrecoverable error occurred while executing the Web application." This occurred when billed work orders included quote adjustment entries with zero hours, causing a divide-by-zero in the rate calculation.

Solution: The Efficiency Analysis rate calculation now checks for zero hours before dividing, so clicking on Type code descriptions displays the detail records correctly.

IPS-7164

Issue: In certain input fields such as memos, stock numbers, and API fields, text containing specific character sequences (e.g., zone=a) was being truncated, resulting in unintended data loss. Solution: The input sanitization process has been refined to target only recognized security-related patterns, preserving legitimate text entries across all input fields.

DS-23400

Solution: The inspection query now correctly identifies equipment by its unique record, ensuring inspections save and complete as expected when stock numbers are shared across divisions.

DS-23436

Breadcrumb: Product Support → Equipment → Traffic

Issue: When saving a Traffic record, an unexpected message (“5107 Inspections have not been completed.”) could appear and prevent the save from completing successfully.

Solution: Updated the Traffic save validation so Traffic records save successfully without triggering the incorrect incomplete-inspections message.

APIs

Ticket Description
LA-1581

Enhancement: Created new Cloud Endpoints for IntelliDealer that allow integration into the AI Tech Assist product.

DS-20582

Issue: Work order create and edit APIs were allowing operations with customers marked as inactive or prospect. This resulted in successful API responses (200 OK) even though such customers should not be permitted, leading to inconsistencies with IntelliDealer behavior where an error “1582 Customer is flagged as deleted or do not use” is shown.

Solution: Added a validation to check customer status during both work order creation and update flows. Introduced a CustomerDeletedOrProspectException to handle this scenario and return the appropriate error message. The validation is implemented in validateWorkOrder and invoked via validateWorkOrderForCreateOrUpdate, ensuring consistent enforcement across both add and edit APIs.

APIS-358

Issue: Swagger documentation had minor inconsistencies and did not include the Equipment Invoice API.

Solution: Applied minor fixes and improvements to Swagger documentation and added support for the Equipment Invoice API.

APIS-323

Issue: When a part invoice was created in IntelliDealer with a pricing discrepancy compared to IntelliDealer records, an automated email notification was triggered, which was not triggering from the new BSI API.

Solution: Updated the Parts Invoicing API to send an email when there is a pricing discrepancy.

AvaTax

Ticket Description
DS-23185

Issue: Avatax-enabled work orders could have their Avatax flag unintentionally changed after creation under certain conditions, potentially causing related fields (such as product code) to be cleared.

Solution: The Avatax flag is now only set during work order creation and has been removed from the update process. The value is also reloaded on each page refresh to prevent it from being overwritten in the UI. See AvaTax: Work Orders.

Configuration

Ticket Description
DS-22834

Issue: On the Configuration > Miscellaneous > Other > System Settings - Location tab, the fields Prompt for Signature When Closing Work Orders and In Cycle Count, Include Non-Stock (OFC=5) Parts were swapped and saved to each others position in the table data.

Solution: Corrected to save to the correct position in the table data.

DS-22334

Issue: The Configuration > Parts > General > Freight configuration screen was not checking whether the selected part had been marked as deleted.

Solution: The system now issues an error if the selected part is not active. See Setting up Freight Parameters for a Branch Location.

DS-21570

Enhancement: Changed label Add a Branch to Add a Location on menu Configuration > Utilities. See Add A Location.

DS-21231

Issue: On the Configuration > Miscellaneous > Other > System Settings screen, Division tab, the Show Equipment Parts History Link setting was missing and not available in any other System Settings tab.

Solution: The Show Equipment Parts History Link setting has been added to the Equipment section within the Division tab. See System Settings- Division.

Customer

Ticket Description
DS-20687

Issue: Sorting on the description column in the Scheduled Calls listing within the Customer Profile produced an error instead of sorting the results.

Solution: Column sorting now works as expected.

Customer Care

Ticket Description
PI-1990

Enhancement: On the Customer Care > CRM > Email Logs, Cloud Emails tab, added a side sheet that expands when the Details button is clicked, displaying email details along with the event type. See Customer Care: Email Logs.

PI-1980

Enhancement: On the Customer Care > CRM > Email Logs screen added a toggle between the old email logs (Customer Emails tab) and the new email logs (Cloud Email Logs tab). The Cloud Email Logs tab is only visible for dealers using the new email system. See Customer Care: Email Logs.

PI-1954

The Cloud Email Logs tab is only visible for dealers using the new email system. See Customer Care: Email Logs.

Equipment

Ticket Description
DS-23077

Issue: On the Product Support > Equipment > Equipment Profile screen, the Floor Plan Due Date field was missing from the column selection in IntelliDealer, even though it appears as a column in the CSV export.

Solution: Added the Floor Plan Due Date field to the column selection.

DS-16582

Issue: When the user canceled a traffic ticket that has an incorrect serial number, IntelliDealer updated the stock profile for that serial number.

Solution: Added a validation check to prevent the stock’s serial number from being changed when canceling a ticket.

FileBound

Ticket Description
DS-22712

Issue: When creating vouchers through FileBound, simultaneous submissions could result in duplicate voucher numbers being assigned in Accounts Payable. This caused the voucher update batch to encounter an out-of-balance condition, preventing the program from completing successfully.

Solution: Added validation to the voucher creation process to prevent duplicate voucher numbers from being assigned when multiple requests are submitted simultaneously. Each voucher is now assigned a unique number regardless of submission timing.

InspectionPlus

Ticket Description
IPS-7313

Enhancement: Added Link Inspection(s) button to Equipment Traffic and established a connection with inspection logic.

IPS-7295

Enhancement: Added to functionality to hide Link Inspections button when the stock number is empty or '?'.

IPS-7287

Enhancement: Added a confirmation modal when a stock number is removed from traffic ticket with linked inspections.

IPS-7272

Enhancement: If a template has enabled Media Required for a Service List, then when the user is completing the form a message is shown in the Service List modal.

IPS-7243

Enhancement: Modified the existing InspectionPlus template to support equipment traffic and a new Link Inspections button. See Linked Inspections.

IPS-7241

Enhancement: Added a Link Inspections button to Equipment Traffic that links to InspectionPlus. See Linked Inspections.

IPS-7229

Enhancement: On the Linked Inspection screen of equipment invoices, if the inspection is not started the user can change the stock number by clicking an icon next to the Form Number. See Linked Inspections.

IPS-7210

Enhancement: In Product Support > Equipment > Equipment Invoicing, the system now checks relatedInspectionPlus forms when closing an equipment invoice from the G/L Defaults tab. When a user clicks Release (for non‑real‑time billing) or Bill Invoice (for real‑time billing), billing is blocked if any associated InspectionPlus forms are still in progress. Only forms with a status of Cancelled, Completed, or Attention are treated as complete; all other InspectionPlus statuses are considered in progress and must be resolved before the invoice can be released or billed. See Equipment Invoicing.

IPS-7207

Enhancement: Added Link Inspection(s) button to Equipment Invoice and established a connection with inspection logic. See Linked Inspections.

IPS-7206

Enhancement: Added the ability for equipment invoices to link to InspectionPlus. See Linked Inspections.

IPS-7152

Issue: Images associated with an InspectionPlus form were saved too large in size and at too high of quality, causing the Azure PDF Generator to timeout or inconsistently generate all the pages of the report.

Solution: Images are now resized and the quality of the images is slightly lowered.

IPS-7138

Enhancement: On the InspectionPlus > Assign Service Quote tab and the user clicks Add Segments, a warning message is displayed below the saleperson lookup field that varies depending on whether All Steps In One Segment toggle is on or off. Once the segment is added to the quote:

  • If toggle is off—only the job codes that were selected, the ones that were added in the form (with blank clipboard icon), and the ones provided in the template are shown in the finalized table.

  • If the Toggle is on—the job codes, makes, and models that were added in the form (with blank clipboard icon) but not added as a segment are shown as italic token text and bold text for job codes from the template. The job code details which were added in the segment details modal are displayed with heading single segment details. See InspectionPlus Assign Service.

IPS-7085

Enhancement: Implemented a new All Steps In One Segment workflow in the Quote tab of InspectionPlus to let users roll multiple failed inspection steps into a single quote segment, while preserving step-level details. See InspectionPlus Assign Service. When the All Steps In One Segment toggle is Off, the existing behavior remains: users see checkboxes beside job codes and can select multiple rows. When the toggle is switched On:

  • The primary footer button label changes from Add Segments to Add Segment.

  • A new Edit Segment Details button becomes available to manage the single segment’s configuration.

  • The table hides job-code checkboxes, disables the mass-update toggles and the Add icon in the Step column, and restricts editable fields to Complaint only.

  • A Segment Details modal is opened to define the single segment, including:

  • Radio selection for Job Code vs N/A

  • Required Lookup for Job Code or required N/A Description

  • Auto-populated required Make and Model

  • Required Quantity To Apply (default 1)

  • Lookup fields for Type, Technician, Reason, Rate Code (required per Assign Service rules)
    Include Extended Description checkbox

The modal’s save action (Save Segment Details or Save Changes) saves and displays a concise Segment Details string in the UI, while Cancel manages the toggle state based on whether required data has been entered (turning the toggle back off if nothing valid is saved).

IPS-7084

Enhancement: InspectionPlus form and template builder now includes conditional logic for requiring media for failed steps using the Media Required checkbox. See Linked Inspections.

Integrated Rental

Ticket Description
DS-23336

Issue: A recent change caused internal work order data to be sent to Integrated Rental when it shouldn’t be.

Solution: Corrected the logic so only the correct data is sent.

Interfaces

Ticket Description
OEM-3745

Issue: In some cases, John Deere DTF took several minutes to run and caused ODBC and SQL errors. Log files were not written correctly to DTFLOG. This was caused by a delay in the DTF scheduled jobs when other DTF jobs were running.

Solution: Instead of using a delay, the job is now rescheduled.

OEM-3737

Issue: The Request Queue would read up to 500 records per interface and start processing. Once it started on these 500, it never checked for maintenance mode and starting maintenance mode was forced to wait until the Request Queue was done the 500 records.

Solution: The Request Queue now checks for maintenance mode before starting the next record, so the dealer only ever needs to wait for one record to finish processing.

OEM-3736

Issue: Dealers needed a more efficient way to download and upload data from the CNH Data Exchange platform on the Service Components screen.

Solution: Introduced new bulk actions to streamline data management. Dealers can now use Download Template (Bulk) and Upload Template (Bulk) to manage mappings in bulk. Additionally, a Delete All option has been added, allowing users to remove all mappings for a specific location at once, eliminating the need for manual deletion of individual records. See Configuration: CNH Data Exchange Platform.

OEM-3735

Enhancement: Added the full promotion description to the Extended Description of the line item for John Deere eCommerce Parts Invoicing tickets. It is highly recommended that, on the System Settings: Location screen, you set Parts Invoice Extended Description as Allow Unique Descriptions Per Line to ensure that every line has its own description instead of one massive list.

OEM-3716

OEM-3709

Enhancement: Improved the processing speed of the Polaris Parts Inventory Transmit.

OEM-3708

Enhancement: Improved the performance of the John Deere Expert Services job code import. The nightly job now uses the request queue to obtain the job codes and will halt when maintenance is running. Other improvements include:

  • performing mass updates/deletes/inserts

  • reusing login data to eliminate extra unnecessary authentication calls

  • grouping job codes together for multiple models to reduce the number of needed calls

OEM-3706

Enhancement: Send the Equipment status to John Deere SMO using the field: inventorySubStatusReferenceId.

OEM-3698

Enhancement: Migrate the existing JD Warranty Credits to the REST API, and use the new API when Use new Warranty API selected on the John Deere Warranty Configuration screen. See John Deere Warranty Credits.

This is a beta release. Non-beta dealers should not activate the new version.

OEM-3695

Enhancement: Logs for John Deere Complete Goods Events can now be accessed from Product Support > Equipment > JD CGE Logs. Access to this screen is restricted by the Access JD CG Events Logs switch in the Equipment Profile security section. See 800 - Product Support - Equipment Profile and John Deere: CGE Logs.

OEM-3693

Feature: Equipment invoices are now captured in real-time so dealers don’t need to wait for nightly processing, speeding up payments from the credit companies to the dealer. This feature affects Worldpay, Versapay, CNH Productivity Plus and FreedomPay. See Parts Invoicing Details.

OEM-3691

Issue: John Deere query parameter labels didn’t allow IntelliDealer to display more than 100 quotes.

Solution: Updated the drop down values for the JD Expert Services > Quotes tab with new labels from John Deere.

OEM-3688

Enhancement: Removed the JD Elips nightly transmit report message ‘there are bad records in the export list’. This message was produced when a work order reversal was done, which caused confusion.

Enhancement: Convert Australian Banking Association (ABA) format from Lansa to F5.

OEM-3661

Enhancement: Added support for the Request Advance message to John Deere Complete Goods Events.

DS-23352

Issue: On the Equipment Profile, Ditch Witch Service Bulletins screen, the View PDF links were incorrect.

Solution: Updated the Ditch Witch Service Bulletins PDF link.

DS-23274

Issue: Dealer is unable to run the CNH reports without a transmit. The Run Legacy Report requires a dealer code to be submitted.

Solution: For CNH, Kubota, Bobcat, and Polaris, added the ability to only create a report without transmitting to the vendor and removed the dealer code requirement. See Trial Balance Report.

DS-23253

Issue: BRP reported that the Parts Order POST was working but the Order Status GET had authentication issues.

Solution: Enhanced the BRP DCP token refresh logic to ensure the token is always refreshed if found to be invalid.

DS-23208

Issue: The log files were recording NullPointerExceptions for John Deere DTF when it was not properly setup.

Solution: Added a check to make sure John Deere DTF is properly setup and record that message in the DTFLOG file instead of logmastr files.

DS-23190

Issue: The descriptive date is identical to the numeric date, both using the format YYMMDD. This results in displays such as “260312260312” which are hard to understand.

Solution: Added the check box Display Descriptive Date as Alphanumeric for NACHA-1 to NACHA-10 formats under Vendor EFT screen. If selected, the descriptive format is MMM DD (for example SEP 15 ). See Configuration: Vendor EFT.

DS-23188

Issue: Company Wrench requested a change to the NACHA file format where the Type ‘5’ Company/Batch Header record (positions 54–63) currently contains the fixed value “EFT PAYMENT”. Their bank requires a different value (“PURCHASE”), and there is no existing way for users to modify this field.

Solution: Added a configurable Entry Description field to the Nacha_1–10 configuration screen, allowing users to define the value populated in positions 54–63 of the Type ‘5’ record. Note that:

  • Field is optional (not mandatory)

  • Defaults to “EFTPAYMENT” to preserve existing behavior

  • Input is limited to 10 characters

  • Supports user-defined values (such as “PURCHASE”) to meet bank-specific requirements. See Configuration: Vendor EFT.

DS-23141

Enhancement: Update the data mappings for the John Deere SMO CustomerBalancesUpdatedInDbsendpoint to:

  • IntelliDealer 60 day total (invoices over 30, less than 60 days) = SMO 30 days

  • IntelliDealer 90 day total (invoices over 60, less than 90 days) = SMO 60 days

Solution: Added additional logic to UPS WorldShip to reduce the incidence of freight lines being double counted when a shipment void has been performed.

DS-23037

Issue: On Claas orders, the Shipment Date and Estimated Date were not displaying in Shipment Information even though there was a Tracking Number in OEM Parts Orders > OEM Part Order Details.

Solution: Added handling for both standard and non-standard Claas date representations so delivery and ETA dates are now populated reliably on the OEM Parts Orders .

DS-22157

Issue: The date filter on the Administration > Settings > Request Queue listing window was not functioning correctly, and sorting on the Interface column produced an error.

Solution: The date filter and sorting the Interface column now work correctly.

COEM-281

Feature: Users can configure Krone Agroparts Connect by managing vendors and dealer numbers, then entering and updating Agroparts Connect user credentials per dealer number at Configuration > Interfaces > Krone > Parts Ordering. See Krone: Parts Ordering.

COEM-212

Enhancement: In the Komatsu interface, .xml files generated by the Customer machine data transmit, customer data transmit, retail sales transmit, parts inventory transmit, and distributor maintenance transmit operations are now stored as compressed files with the .gz extension to reduce storage. Note that:

  • This functionality is only for newly created files, not for pre-existing files.

  • A new File History tab (located at Configuration > Interfaces > Komatsu > Retail Sales, Transmit tab), displays compressed files (files with .gz extension).

  • This functionality affects only the storage, not the transmission. Komatsu receives .xml files only.

See Komatsu - Retail Sales.

COEM-186

Enhancement: For Krone, created a new scheduled job to generate parts inventory text files and upload them via FTP per the Agroparts specification. See IntelliDealer Batch Jobs - Complete Reference.

COEM-108

Issue: On the Kubota Draft Claim Submission screen, dealers want to be able to select a signed off status segment for submission for warranty but only segments in warranty status were shown.

Solution: Display segments for Kubota Draft Claim with signed off status in Work Order Segments. See Warranty: Work Order Segments.

COEM-97

Issue: Dealers do not receive a notification when an import job has failed.

Solution: Added an optional Error Notification setting on Kubota Syncron configuration so selected users are emailed when the order download job fails (per division/configuration). See Kubota Syncron.

COEM-38

Enhancement: When the user submits a CNH eWarranty claim from IntelliDealer, the system now immediately checks the claim status with CNH and displays the result on the CNH eWarranty Submission screen. Dealers will see either a confirmation that the claim was submitted with no issues, or a Smart Alert banner showing the claim status and any CNH feedback that may require attention. This helps dealers quickly identify potential issues to reduce rejected or delayed claims. See CNH DEP eWarranty Claim Submission.

Service

Ticket Description
DS-21566

Issue: When searching in Product Support > Service > Job Codes, the search did not display results when the description search was the maximum field size.

Solution: Display results for job code descriptions that are 60 characters in length.

VESign

Ticket Description
DS-22881

Issue: When sending a service quote out for signature using VESign, after customer signs it takes 3-4 hours until the dealer is notified.

Solution: Increased the frequency of VESign status checks to every 30 minutes. See VESign Signing Details.

Vouchers

Ticket Description
IPS-7273

Issue: In Financial Management > Accounts Payable > Vouchers > Maintain Non‑Batch Vouchers, when vouchers were created from FileBound, the system did not always mark the related purchase order as PO Fully Applied to Voucher (ZDPFR field) even when all invoice amounts had been matched and recorded. This could cause purchase orders to appear as not fully applied, making it harder to confirm that the full PO amount had been used on vouchers.

Solution: Updated the voucher creation process for FileBound vouchers so the PO Fully Applied to Voucher flag (ZDPFR) is now set correctly when the full purchase order amount has been applied to vouchers. Also ran a background fix job to update existing POVENI records where this flag was not previously set, so historical purchase orders now correctly reflect when they have been fully applied.

IPS-7163

Enhancement: On the Financial Management > Accounts Payable > Vouchers > Maintain Non-Batch Vouchers screen, the Source column now shows a check mark icon next to FileBound when a voucher has fully relieved its related purchase order. Hovering over this icon displays the tooltip PO Complete, making it easier for users to confirm that the PO has been fully applied. In addition, hovering over the existing FileBound icon in the Invoice Number column now displays the tooltip View Invoice, clarifying that the icon opens the related invoice image. Spacing in the Source column text has been adjusted so that FileBound appears correctly as a single word. See Vouchers: Non-Batch.

Worldpay

Ticket Description

OEM-3689 Enhancement: Updated API endpoints for accessing Service Bulletins from Ditch Witch.

Ticket Description
LA-1594 Enhancement: Added the ability to send an email to the Dealer's customers through Customer Profile or Contact profile by clicking on the VitalEngage Text icon which includes a link to an Opt-in form. • CNH Point of Sale
  • John Deere Dealer Rewards
