Vermeer iWarranty Screen
The Vermeer iWarranty screen allows you to review and send any service information related to the selected work order to the Vermeer iWarranty web service.
Note: You can only send work order information to the Vermeer iWarranty web service if you have configured the Vermeer iWarranty log in information on the Vermeer iWarranty Tab .
Opening the Vermeer iWarranty Screen
Pre-requisites: you must be licensed for feature number 6217

Open a work order by selecting Product Support > Service > Work Orders, searching for the desired work order, and clicking on it to open it.
The work order opens in a new window.
- Click the Segments tab, then hover over the Work Order Options link located in the upper right corner.
- In the drop down list, click on Vermeer iWarranty.
Fields on the Vermeer iWarranty Screen
The fields on the Vermeer iWarranty screen are:

| Reference Number | The work order number. |
| Stock Number | The stock number of the unit on the order. |
| Description | A brief description of the unit on the order. |
| Send as Single Warranty Claim | If selected, IntelliDealer sends each selected segment as a single warranty claim to Vermeer. |
| Customer Number | The customer on the work order. |
| Hours | The primary machine hours of the unit on the order. |
| Machine Serial Number | The machine serial number of the unit on the order. |
| Send Description | If selected, IntelliDealer sends the job code description associated with each segment selected for transmission. |
The fields in the Segments section of the Vermeer iWarranty screen are:

| Segment | The segment number. |
| Make | The equipment make code assigned to the unit on the segment. |
| Model | The model number of the unit on the segment. |
| Failure Date | The date on which the selected work order segment was opened (as specified in the Date Opened field of the Segments tab.) |
| Repair Date | The last actual labor repair date, pulled from the work order segments. |
| Job Code Number | The job code number on the segment. |
| Job Code Description |
A brief description of the job code assigned to the segment. Note: The information in this field is only transmitted if the Send Description option is selected above. |
Use these buttons to complete your work on the Vermeer iWarranty screen:

| Send | Sends the selected work order segment information to the Vermeer iWarranty web service. |
| Close | Closes the Vermeer iWarranty screen without sending any data. |
