CNH CRA Mapping/ AGCO+ Mapping

To open the CNH CRA Mapping screen, hover over the Configuration link from anywhere within IntelliDealer and select Interfaces> CNH> CRA Mapping from the drop down list.

To open the AGCO+ Mapping screen, hover over the Configuration link and select Interfaces> AGCO> AGCO+ Mapping from the drop down list.
The CNH CRA Mapping/ AGCO+ Mapping screen allows you to set up a product code mapping for CNH CRA Freedom Pay/ AGCO, which maps to either a miscellaneous charge code or part.
Promotional Codes will appear on the Promotions for Entire Invoice screen accessed from the A/R Agency tab when using CNH CRA Freedom Pay.
The following sorting options appear on the CNH CRA Mapping/AGCO+ Mapping screen:

| Part/Miscellaneous Charge | Sort the search results by part or miscellaneous charge. |
| Class | Sort the search results by class. |
| Location | Sort the search results by branch location. |
| Product Code | Sort the search results by product code. |
The following search fields appear on the CNH CRA Mapping/AGCO+ Mapping screen:

| Select Part/Miscellaneous Charge | Search for mappings by entering a part or miscellaneous charge. |
| Select Class | Search for mappings by entering a class e.g. (part or miscellaneous charge). |
| Select Location | Search for mappings by entering a branch location. |
| Select Product Code | Search for mappings by entering a product code. |
The following fields appear on the CNH CRA Mapping/AGCO+ Mapping screen:

| Part/Miscellaneous Charge | The part number or miscellaneous charge that is being mapped to the CNH CRA/AGCO product code. |
| Class | Indicates whether the CNH CRA/AGCO product code is being mapped to a part or miscellaneous charge. |
| Location | The branch location where the CNH CRA/ AGCO mapping will apply. |
| Product Code | The CNH CRA/AGCO product code that is being mapped to the part or miscellaneous charge. |
Click on a Part/Miscellaneous Charge to edit an existing product code mapping.
