Parts Requisitions Lost Sales
Use the Parts Requisitions Lost Sales screen to set up parts requisitions lost sales reason codes for use within the parts application. Valid requisition lost sales reason codes appear on the Parts - Lost Sales screen after recording a lost sale.
Note: Users are only required to select a requisition lost sale reason code when recording a lost sale if there are valid codes configured on this screen and the Record Requisitions Lost Sale Reasons switch is activated on the Authorization List For Product Support - Parts Invoicing screen.
To open the Parts Requisitions Lost Sales screen, navigate to Configuration > Parts > General > Parts Requisitions Lost Sales.
The sorting options on the Parts Requisitions Lost Sales screen are:

| Code | Sorts the search results by lost sales code. |
| Description | Sorts the search results by lost sales code description. |
The search fields on the Parts Requisitions Lost Sales screen are:

| Select Code | Search for a lost sales code by entering a requisition lost sales code. |
| Select Description | Search for a lost sales code by entering a requisition lost sales code description. |
| Include Inactive | If selected, includes inactive requisition lost sales codes within the search results. |
The fields on the Parts Requisitions Lost Sales screen are:

| Code | A three character alphanumeric code representing the requisition lost sales code within the parts application. |
| Description | A brief description of the requisition lost sales code. |
Click a Code to edit an existing lost sales code.
Click the Need to create a new lost sales code? Click here to add link to add a new lost sales code to the system.
Click Close to close the Parts Requisitions Lost Sales screen.
