MyDealer Settings: System Tab
The MyDealer Settings screen allows you to customize the appearance of the MyDealer application, and configure the contact information that used or displayed when a customer wants to make requests or place an order using the application.
To open the MyDealer Settings screen, from anywhere in IntelliDealer navigate to Administration > MyDealer Settings > System.
The fields on the MyDealer Settings screen are:
Field | Description |

Dealership Name | The name of your dealership, as it will appear in the header of the application. |
Dealership Logo |
The logo image to be displayed on the login, Shop for Parts, Shopping Cart, and Checkout screen of the application. The image is also displayed in MyDealer emails. The recommended dimensions for the logo are 250x100px. A preview of the selected logo image appears to the right of this field. |
MyDealer Logon Image |
The image to be displayed on the MyDealer logon screen. The recommended dimensions are 1366 x 768px with a resolution of at least 1080ppi. If the image is a different size, IntelliDealer will resize it to fit, keeping scaling correct, and adding white space if required. |
Tethr It Now Link | The link used by MyDealer users to request a Tethr It session with a representative from the dealership using the Tethr It extension. |
Dealership Type | The image to appear in the background of the MyDealer log in screen; either Agricultural which displays an image of a field, or Construction which displays an image of a piece of construction equipment. |
Dealership Theme Color |
The color theme used in the application; either Default (green), Yellow, Blue, Green, or Red. A preview of the selected theme color appears to the right of this field. |
Show Location in Equipment For Rent | If this box is checked then the location appears near the bottom of the Equipment For Rent screen. |
Users of MyDealer cannot manually enter the recipients of the inquiries they make through the application; they can only select the department for which the inquiry applies. As such, you must configure the recipients for inquiries made through MyDealer.
Click Save to save the configured settings.
