Tethrit Now

Tethrit Now allows you to setup a video connection with any smart device instantaneously. You can download the app from either of these locations:

Clicking the Tethrit Now button in IntelliDealer opens the Tethrit Now application. Enter your Tethrit Now credentials and be connected in a video call with a user.

In IntelliDealer, anywhere that there is a listing screen that displays a list of customers, the hover-over menu contains a link to open Tethrit Now:

When clicked, the Tethrit Now extension opens a pop-up window where you can select both the Category of the call and the Reason for the call. The reasons available in the drop down differ based on the category selected.

Click Create to create a Tethrit Now session.

The number in the phone number field will be populated by the phone number for the selected customer. You can also include reference text for the interaction.

Click Send to send an SMS message to the listed phone number and prompt the recipient to accept a Tethrit Now session.

After the Tethrit Now session has ended, close the session with the Close button. The user is prompted with a Result pop-up.

The results that appear in the list depend on the Category selected for the call.

You can review previous calls made from Tethrit Now by navigating to the Call Analysis screen. Tethrit Now calls are marked with the Tethrit Now button icon.
