Call Schedule Filter/ Call History Filter
To open the Call Schedule Filter/ Call History Filter window, tap the Filter
icon on the Call Scheduling or Call History screens.
The Call Schedule Filter/ Call History Filter window allows you to filter the scheduled calls that are displayed on the Call Scheduling/ Call History screens.
The fields on the Call Schedule Filter/ Call History Filter window are:

| Customer |
Filters the calls by customer number. |
| Salesperson |
Filters the calls by the salesperson assigned to make the call. |
| Category |
Filters the calls by the category assigned to the call. |
To apply the selected filters, simply tap the Apply Filter button. The Call Scheduling screen refreshes displaying the new results.
