Part Detail
To open the Part Detail screen, tap any part listed on the Part Search screen.
The Part Detail screen displays detailed information for a specific part.
The fields on the Part Detail screen are:

| Part Number | The unique identification number for the part in IntelliDealer. |
| Description | A brief description of the part. |
| Location | The location where the part is located. |
| Selling Price | The retail price of the part. The part's retail price may be effected by the Parts/Package field. |
| Vendor | The vendor number for the supplier of this part. |
| Bin | The bin number indicates the part's physical location. |
| Source | The source of supply for the part. |
| Class | The class code for the part. |
| Type | The type of part. |
| Return | Indicates whether this part can be returned. |
| More Information | |
| Comment | An alternate description or note about the part. |
| Subs | If this part can be used as a substitute for another part in the system, the substitute part number is displayed. |
| Date Added | The date the part profile was added to the system. |
| Date Modified |
The date the part profile was last modified. |
| Parts/Package | The quantity of parts purchased from the vendor in a single package. The parts per package signifies how the system maintains inventory on this part. For example, a vendor may only sell oil filters in cases of 12, but you can number and sell them individually from your store. When you then receipt the parts, you would do so as a quantity of 12. |
| Package Quantity | The minimum package quantity that the supplier sells the part in. For example, the part may only be ordered from the vendor in multiples of 10. |
| Availability | |
| Location | The location that the accompanying availability information applies to. |
| On Hand | The number of parts the corresponding branch location has in stock. This value includes any shipments that have been receipted using the Inventory Adjustments screen or by the receipting of a purchase order. It does not account for any parts sold since the last sales order billing run. |
| On Order | The number of parts the corresponding branch location has on order with the supplier. |
| OFC | The Order Formula Code (OFC) for this part. IntelliDealer uses this code to determine the order quantity for the part in the next stock order. |
