Test Alert Message

Use the Test Alert Message screen to send a test alert message of the selected alert to a specific phone number, email address, or IntelliDealer user ID.

To open the Test Alert Message screen, click the Test an example of this alert link on the Add Alert/ Edit Alert screen.

The fields on the Test Alert Message screen are:

Field	Description
SMS Test Carrier	The carrier code of the intended recipient's phone number.
SMS Test Number	The phone number of the intended recipient.
Email Test Address	The email address of the intended recipient.
IntelliDealer Test User	The IntelliDealer user ID of the intended recipient.

The buttons on the Test Alert Message screen are:

Button	Function
Send SMS	Sends the SMS Text configured on the Add Alert/ Edit Alert screen to the selected phone number.
Send Email	Sends the email alert message configured on the Add Alert/ Edit Alert screen to the selected email address.
Send Message	Sends the IntelliDealer Message configured on the Add Alert/ Edit Alert screen to the selected IntelliDealer user.
Close	Closes the Test Alert Message screen and returns to the Add Alert/ Edit Alert screen.
