Parts - Komatsu Parts Order

To open the Parts tab, click the Transmit button on the Parts Order screen when creating a parts order for a Komatsu vendor.

The Parts tab allows you to view the parts ordering information before transmitting the information to a Parts Distribution Center.

The following Information fields appear on the Parts tab:

Information
Field Description
Order Number The order number as it appears in IntelliDealer.
Status The current status of the parts order.
Location The location where the parts order was originally created.

The following fields appear on the Parts tab:

Field Description
Order Number The order number as it appears in IntelliDealer.
Vendor

The name of the part vendor for this order.
Type The type of parts order.
Discount % If applicable, the discount % to be applied to this order.
Comment A description of the order.
Transmit Indicates that the order is to be transmitted over a communication line (John Deere and Komatsu).
Active Indicates if the order is Active or Deleted.
Program A program code indicating if the order is a special order.
Ship Date The date the parts will be shipped.
Due Date

The date the order is expected to arrive.
Part Number The part number being ordered.
Description A brief description of the part.
Ordered The number of parts on the order for the corresponding part.
PDC

The Parts Distribution Center Routing Location.

Note:  If the Access Komatsu Parts Order PDC Selection switch is activated on the Authorization List for Product Support - Parts Ordering screen, you will be able to select the specific distribution center to receive the part from.
Quantity

The quantity of parts available at the corresponding PDC routing location.
PDC

Lists available secondary or alternate parts distribution center routing locations.
Quantity The quantity of parts available at the corresponding PDC routing location.

Click on the Vendor to access the Vendor Profile screen.

Click on a Part Number to access the Parts Profile screen.

The following button allows you to complete your work on the Parts tab:

Button Function
Transmit

Transmits the parts order to Komatsu.

Note:  If the number of parts on the order exceeds the value configured in the Line Items field of the Komatsu Parts Ordering - Main tab, the order will be submitted as a batch. See the Komatsu Parts Ordering - Main screen help topic for details.
Close Closes the Parts tab and returns to the Parts Order screen.
