KPI Location Comparison Graph

Use the KPI Location Comparison Graph screen to configure the KPI Location Comparison executive summary view for the IntelliDealer Home screen, which displays the KPI data for each location at your dealership for the specified time period.

To open the KPI Location Comparison Graph screen, select the KPI Location Comparison link on the Select View screen.

Prerequisites

The KPI Location Comparison option only appears if you are licensed for feature number 6185 and the Access Dashboard KPI Graph switch is activated in security system 998.

The ratio and time period selected on this screen are simply the defaults that are displayed on the Home screen. You can change the ratio and the period within the view after you have added it to the Home screen.

Screen Description

The fields displayed on the KPI Location Comparison Graph screen are:

Field Description
Select Ratio

The key performance indicator you want to compare between locations.

The options displayed in this field are dependent on your KPI access; security system 511 controls access to Parts KPIs, security system 512 controls access to Service KPIs, security system 513 controls access to Equipment KPIs, and security system 514 controls access to Rental KPIs.
Select Period

The time period for which you want to view the selected KPI data. By default, the latest available date option is the first that appears.

The options displayed in this field are based on the KADATE field of the KPIH file which, in turn, is dictated by the date on which the information for the selected KPI was last updated. KPI information is updated during either the daily or monthly database reorganize procedure.

In addition to KPI data for each location, the KPI Location Comparison Graph screen displays these values:

Value Description
Locations Average The average value for the selected KPI, across all locations.
Manufacturer Reference

The manufacturer reference value associated to the selected KPI, as specified on the KPI Thresholds screen.

This value is for reference purposes only and is only displayed if it has been configured on the KPI Thresholds screen.
Association Reference

The association reference value associated to the selected KPI, as specified on the KPI Thresholds screen.

This value is for reference purposes only and is only displayed if it has been configured on the KPI Thresholds screen.

To print the selected graph, click the Print icon. Support for printing varies by browser:

  • Internet Explorer currently does not support printing the KPI Location Comparison Graph.

  • In Google Chrome the Save as PDF option is currently not functional.

To view the exact KPI value for a specific location, hover over the bar representing the desired location's KPI value. The exact value represented by the bar is displayed.

The buttons on the KPI Location Comparison Graph screen are:

Button Description
Save Saves the selected Ratio and Period options.
Delete Deletes this instance of the KPI Location Comparison Graph from the Home screen.
Close Closes the KPI Location Comparison Graph without saving any changes.
