Executive Summary: Edit View Properties
The Edit View Properties screen allows you to adjust the parameters associated with the selected view. The field options that appear change depending on the view selected. You can also remove a view from the Executive Summary by clicking the Delete button.

Edit View Properties
The Edit View Properties screen can be accessed from the Executive Summary Sequencing screen by clicking on the desired view description.
The fields on selected views on the Edit View Properties screen are:
Field | Description |

Select Location | Select the location for the data you want to see in your selected view. |
Default Location |
Marks a specific location as the default location. You may still change the location being viewed from your Home Page. |
Use these buttons to complete your work on the Edit View Properties screen:

Save | Saves the information you have entered and returns to the Executive Summary Sequencing screen. |
Close | Closes the Edit View Properties screen without saving and returns to the Executive Summary Sequencing screen. |
Delete | Deletes the selected view from your Executive Summary list. |
Executive Summary Highlighter
The Executive Summary Highlighter option allows you to set up parameters regarding dollar values, specific names or individuals that will then be highlighted on the selected Executive Summary View. These highlighting rules can be applied to single cells or entire columns. The Executive Summary Highlighter option does not appear on all selected views.
To begin applying Executive Summary Highlighter options, click on the column or cell that you want the highlighting rules to apply to.
Note:
Only columns and cells which change color when you move your cursor over them support highlighting rules.
The fields on the Highlighting Rules section on the Edit View Properties screen are:

Field | Description |
Operator | Indicates the selection operator code to apply to the selected column or cell (e.g. equal to, greater than, less than or not equal to). |
Value |
The criteria you want the column or cell to meet before it is highlighted. Maximum 15 characters. |
Bubble | If selected, a bubble appears in addition to the highlighting, showing the condition that caused the highlighting to occur. |
Bold | Whether the value should appear bold on the screen. |
Background Color | The background color that appears behind the text on the screen, when the condition is met. |
Text Color | The color of the text that appears on the screen, when the condition is met. |

Copy Selected Rules | Allows you to copy the selected highlighting rules to another location. |
Today's Revenue Meter and MTD and YTD Area Sales Meter
The fields that appear when you select the Today's Revenue Meterview ,MTD, and YTD Area Sales Meter view section on the Edit Properties screen are:

Number of Views |
Determines the number of views that will appear on your Home screen. The View and View Type fields change depending on the number selected in the Number of Views field. |
View 1 | Select a type of revenue to display within this view. |
View Type | Select how the data of the view selected will appear on the Home screen (e.g. barometer, speedometer or bar chart). |
Next Equipment Notes Due
The fields on the Next Equipment Notes Due screen are:

Stock Number | The stock number. |
Description | A brief description of the stock number. |
Note Due Date | The date the equipment notes payable due date expires. |
Note Due Code | The note payable code. |
Days | The amount of days on the note payable code. |
