Customer Reports Overview
Customer Reports allows you to produce various customer reports. You can select all customers or only certain customers to be included on the report, based on any information in the customer profile (such as all customers in a certain discount pricing group).
These reports can be run at any time. No files are updated; only reports are printed. The reports include all current customer, call, and machine information as of the time the run is started.

| Customer Master Summary | Prints a summary listing of all customers selected and their corresponding data fields. | |
| Customer Master Listing |
Prints a detailed list of selected call records and prints a total page for each salesperson, division, and company. If the summary option is selected then only the total pages for each salesperson, division, and company are printed. The total fields that appear on salesperson, division, and company total pages are described below:

Prints a detailed profile of each customer selected showing the following:
