Service Reports Overview

Service Reports allows you to create service reports using an easy-to-select querying tool. The output is generated to your screen for you to review and edit your selections.

Reports:

Report	Title	Description
WPSWIP2A	Aged Work in Process
PREP	Service Agreement Management Branch Analysis.	This is an example of a branch analysis report for service agreements. Report data includes the total completed for location, division, and total company. This report prints on standard paper.
PZRPT01	Service Agreement Management Flat Rate Analysis.	This is an example of a flat rate analysis report for service agreement management. Report data includes flat rate description, total by branch and total by division.
PZRPT02	Service Agreement Management Flat Rate Analysis by Program.	This is an example of a flat rate analysis by program report for service agreements. Report data includes program code, flat rate code, flat rate description and total completed. This report prints on standard paper.
PZRPT04	Service Agreement Management Program Analysis.	This is an example of a program analysis report for service agreements. Report data includes program code, program description, total completed, and parts totals. This report prints on standard paper.
PM018	Projected Incomplete Service Agreements.	This is an example of a projected incomplete report for service agreements. Report data includes customer number, contract number, and expiry date. This report prints on standard paper.
PM015	Service Agreements Missed.	This is an example of a missed service agreements report. Report data includes contract number, and expiry date, make, model, and period code. This report prints on standard paper.
PM016	Service Agreements to be Expired.	This is an example of service agreements to be expired report.Report data includes contract number, date surpassed, and hours surpassed. This report prints on standard paper.

WOQUOTE	Work Order Quote
WOR006	Work Order Register.	Prints a register of all closed work orders that are being processed in this work order billing run, showing each repair on the work order and all the G/L allocations for the charges made to the work order. The register also shows the cash codes, tax codes, discount codes, etc. that were used when the parts and/or labor was charged to the work order.
WOR140	Service Agreement Management - Completed Agreements without Parts, Labor, or Misc Totals
