Part History

Use the Part History screen to view any part numbers that have been sold on parts invoices associated to the unit displayed on the Machine Details screen. To access the screen, click the Part History link on the Equipment Profile screen.

Note:  The Parts History link only appears if the Show Equipment Parts History Link switch is activated in the DIVTAB table of the green screen application.

Search fields on the Part History screen are:

Field	Description
Sort by	Sort the parts displayed by the date on which they were invoiced to the unit (Invoice Date) or Part Number.
Select Part Number	Search for a specific part number.
Select Invoice	Search for a part by entering the related invoice number.
Select Location	Search for a part by entering the location associated to the part profile.
Select Date Range	Search for a part by entering the date range in which the part was invoiced.

Information fields on the Part History screen are:

Field	Description
Make	The make of the unit.
Model	The model number of the unit.
Description	A brief description of the unit.
Serial Number	The machine serial number of the unit.

Fields on the Part History screen are:

Field	Description
Part Number	The part number.
Description	A brief description of the part.
Location	The location associated to the part.
Invoice Date	The date on which the selected part was invoiced to the unit.
Quantity	The number of parts that were invoiced to the unit.
Invoice Number	The invoice number associated to the part.

Click a Part Number to open the associated Parts Profile.

Click an Invoice Number to view a copy of the invoice.

Click Close to complete your work on the Part History screen and return to the Machine Details screen.
