A Customized Screen

Customized screens allow you to create a screen that consists of defined fields, mandatory entry rules, check boxes, text column, background color, mandatory entry color, dates and field width amongst other attributes.
The screens are designed in a row and column environment and are very easy to configure. There is a security switch, assigned by user, that defines whether or not they are allowed to update and/or view "custom screen" data. It is recommended that you spend some time designing your screen on paper or in spreadsheet before going into this option.
IntelliDealer allows you to create up to 99 custom screens for use in the following profile screens: Customer Profile , Equipment Profile, Vendor Profile, and Part Profile. IntelliDealer also allows you to apply up to 5 custom screens for use within the Task Tracker application.
Custom screens are accessed through IntelliDealer Administration.
