The Add Job Code screen can be accessed from the Job Codes screen by clicking on the Need to create a job code? Click here to add link.

The Add Job Code screen allows you to create a new job code.

The following is a description of the fields that appear on the Add Job Code screen:

Field	Description
Job Code Number	Enter a number to represent this job code.
Make	The manufacturer of the unit/machine.
Model	The model number on the unit/machine.
Hours	The total number of labor hours that should be spent performing this repair.
Description	A brief description of the job code.

The following buttons allow you to complete your work on the Add Job Code screen:

Button	Function
Save	Saves changes made to the Add Job Code screen.
Close	Closes the Add Job Code screen without saving and returns to the Job Codes screen.
