Profile
Use the Profile tab to update or create a job code profile.
The Profile tab is accessed from the Job Code Details screen by clicking the Update/View Profile link.
Job Code Details tab
Information fields on the Profile tab are:

| Field | Description |
| Job Code Number | The job code number. |
| Make | The manufacturer of the unit. |
| Model | The model number on the unit. |
Fields on the Profile tab are:

| Active for Service | Whether the job code appears in the lookup list and is a valid selection for use on a work order or work order quote. |
| Section | The job code manual section number. |
| Group | The job code manual group number. |
| Quantity or Option | Enter special quantities or options involved in the job code. |
| Assist Hours | Refers to the number of man hours that an assistant is required to perform the job, if more than 1 technician is required to do the job. |
| Warranty Code | Extended warranty code. For example, if your dealership offers extended warranty on transmissions, a warranty code 'T' could be loaded, indicating that this job code applies to transmissions with extended warranties. |
| Job Code Hours | The total number of job code hours for this service. |
| Description |
A brief description of the job code. Note: For CNH job codes, if the job code description is longer than 60 characters, it is displayed in the Extended Description field below. |
| Extended Description | A more detailed description of the job code. |
| Tech Manual Section | The area in the technical manual where a detailed description of the segment procedure can be obtained. |
| Tech Manual Group | The group in the technical manual where a detailed description of the segment procedure can be obtained. |
| Suppliers Job Code Number | Applies if the job code numbers being used are not the same as the vendor's job code number. In which case, enter the vendor's corresponding job code number into this field. |
| Suppliers Job Code Hours | Applies if the job code hours being used are not the same as the job code hours given by the vendor. In which case, enter the vendor's corresponding job code hours into this field. |
| Total Used | The total hours worked using this job code number. |
| Total/Average Hours | The total average hours worked using this job code number. |

Buttons on the Profile tab are:

| Save | Saves changes made on the Profile tab. |
| Close | Closes the Profile tab without saving and returns to the Job Code Details screen. |
