Kubota Availability
Use the Kubota Availability tab to check Kubota part information and availability at Kubota warehouses.
To open the Kubota Availability tab, click the Kubota Availability button on the Parts Availability screen.
Note: All data displayed on this screen is live from Kubota.
Note: For the Kubota Availability tab to properly display parts information, you must complete the steps outlined in the Configuring the Kubota Parts Ordering/Availability Interfaces procedure.
The search field on the Kubota Availability tab is:

| Part Number | The IntelliDealer part number you want availability information for. |
Fields on the Kubota Availability tab are:

| Part Information Summary | |
| Original Part Number | The original part number (as specified by Kubota), corresponding to the IntelliDealer part number you are searching for. |
| Updated Part Number | If the Original Part Number has changed, the new Kubota part number is displayed here. Substitute parts may also be displayed in this field. |
| Description | A brief description of the part. |
| MSRP | The suggested retail price of the part. |
| Package Quantity | The number of parts per package. |
| Warehouse Availability | |
| Availability | The number of parts available at the selected warehouse. |
| Warehouse Code | The code assigned to the selected warehouse by Kubota. |
| Warehouse Name | The name of the warehouse, as specified by Kubota. |
To view Kubota parts availability at different dealership locations, click the Dealer/Store Stock tab to open the Kubota Dealer Availability tab.
Click Close to close the Kubota Availability tab.
