Rental Counter - Printing Parameters
To open the Printing Parameters screen, click the Modify default print parameters link on the Rental Contract screen.
The Printing Parameters screen allows you to control the information printed on each rental invoice or contract.
The fields on the Printing Parameters screen are:

| Print Stock Prices | Prints the stock prices on the contract. |
| Print Parts Prices | Prints the parts prices on the contract. |
| Print Miscellaneous Charge Prices | Prints the miscellaneous prices on the contract. |
| All three of these options must be selected for Insurance, Tax, and Subtotals to appear on the Rental Contract print out. | |
| Print Cat/Class/Subclass Comments | Prints the equipment's category/class/subclass comments on the contract and/or invoice. |
| Print Extended Description | Prints the extended description of the equipment on the contract and/or invoice. |
| Print Comments | Prints comments at the start of the contract and/or invoice, the end the contract and/or invoice or not at all. |
| Printer Name | The printer name that the contract and invoice will print from. |
| Print Signature |
Prints the printer signature on the contract and/or invoice. If VESign is enabled, this field does not display. |
| Print Safety Message at End | Prints equipment safety messages at the end of the contract. |
| Point of Sale Device |
Indicates the device selected to capture your customer's signature via an installed point of sale device. Click on the Point of Sale Devices link to open the Point of Sale Devices screen. The Point of Sale Devices screen allows you to search for and select an alternate device. |
Use these buttons to complete your work on the Printing Parameters screen:

| Save | Saves changes made on the Printing Parameters screen. |
| Close | Closes the Printing Parameters screen and returns to the Rental Contact. |
