Parts, Miscellaneous Charges and Attachments
The system automatically invokes parts selection, miscellaneous charge selection or attachment selection during contract creation, rental requests, and rental reservation if those selections have been made in the Flow/Appearance tab of the Rental Control Setup screen.

Parts Screen
Use the Parts screen to view a list of optional parts loaded on the Category/Class/Subclass attached to the stock number on the rental contract. You can add the parts onto the rental contract by selecting the corresponding check box or by selecting the Select All button and clicking Save.
The Parts screen is accessed from the Parts tab by clicking the Select Recommended Parts link.
Fields on the Parts screen are:
Click Select All to select all parts listed on the Parts screen.
Click Save to add all selected parts onto the corresponding rental contract.
Click Close to close the screen without adding any optional parts and return to the Parts tab.
Miscellaneous Charges Screen
Use the Miscellaneous Charges screen to view a list of optional miscellaneous charges loaded on the Category/Class/Subclass attached to the stock number on the rental contract. You can add the miscellaneous charges onto the rental contract by selecting the corresponding check box or by selecting the Select All button and clicking Save.
The Miscellaneous Charges screen is accessed from the Miscellaneous Charges tab by clicking the Select Recommended Miscellaneous Charges link.
Fields on the Miscellaneous Charges screen are:
Click Select All to select all miscellaneous charges listed on the Miscellaneous Charge screen.
Click Save to add all selected miscellaneous charges onto the corresponding rental contract.
Click Close to close the screen without adding any optional miscellaneous charges and return to the Miscellaneous Charge tab.
Attachments Screen
Use the Attachments screen to add attachments to the selected rental contract.
To open the Attachments screen, click the Add Attachments link next to the Type field of the Details tab.
Note: The Add Attachments link appears only if there are attachments associated to the category, class and subclass of the selected Stock Number (as specified in the Rental Category, Class and Subclass Maintenance program of the green screen application).
Fields on the Attachments screen are:
Click a Stock Number to view the rental availability of the selected unit on the Rental Availability - Stock Number/ Part Number screen, or click the More Availability Options link in the calendar view to open the Rental Availability screen.
Click Select All to select all attachments listed on the Attachments screen.
Click Save to add the selected attachments to the rental contract.
Click Close to close the screen without adding any attachments to the rental contract and return to the Details tab.
