Additional Information

Use the Additional Information screen to add a premium code for calculating the total labor hours charged to the selected work order. The Additional Information screen is controlled by the Input Premium Code and Default Premium Code fields on the Labor Barcode/IntelliTech Setup screen.

To open the Additional Information screen, click one of the Log Off, Lunch, Sign Off, Assist, and End Day buttons on the Logged On screen.

The fields on the Additional Information screen are:

Field Description
Select Premium Code The premium code used to calculate the total labor charged to the work order.
Select Assist Premium Code

The premium code used to calculate the total assist labor charged to the work order.

This field only appears when accessing the screen from the Record Assist Hours screen, by filling out the appropriate fields and click the Save button.

To complete your work on the Additional Information screen click Submit.
