Used Evaluations
Use the Used Evaluations screen to view/edit an existing equipment evaluation, add a new equipment evaluation, access evaluation history or print an evaluation form.
To open the Used Evaluations screen, from anywhere in IntelliDealer, navigate to Product Support > Equipment > Used Evaluations.
The search fields on the Used Evaluations screen are:
Field | Description |

Select User | Search for used evaluation by entering a user's ID. |
Select Make/Model | Search for used evaluation by entering a make or model code. |
Select Status | Search for used evaluation by entering a status. |
Select Modified Date |
Narrow down the used evaluation search results by selecting a modified date range. |
Select Group Code | Search for used evaluation by entering a group code. |
Select Stock Number |
Search for used evaluation by entering a stock number. If you search for a Stock Number and there is no current evaluation found under your name, the system will do one of the following:
In either case, if the unit is in inventory and an inspection is more current, the inspection is displayed. |
Note: Depending on your role and access in the Used Equipment Evaluation process different fields will appear on this screen.
The fields on the Used Evaluations screen are:
Field | Description |
---|---|
Evaluation Number | The number of the used evaluation. |
Status |
The current status of the used evaluation. Note: Once a service request is picked up by a technician or service manager the status of the request changes to Being Inspected by Service and the request can only be displayed and no longer changed by the sender of the evaluation. |
Modified | The date the used evaluation was modified. |
Submitted By | The user that submitted the evaluation. |
Location | The location where the evaluation was created. |
Serial Number | The serial number of the evaluated unit. |
Stock Number | The stock number of the unit being evaluated. |
Make/Model |
The manufacturer of the unit. The model number on the unit. |
Group | The equipment grouping used to sort various pieces of equipment together for reporting purposes. |
Hours | The amount of hours on the unit's hour meter. |
Note: Last minute evaluation comments entered by users are displayed in Red below the evaluation. *(R) indicates that the evaluation has been resubmitted.
The evaluation statuses are:
Status | Description |
---|---|
Pending Request | The used evaluation has been created but not yet submitted to either management or service. |
Submitted Request | The used evaluation has been submitted to management for review but has not yet been picked up by a manager. The salesperson can still go in and make modifications and/or undo the submitted request returning the evaluation back to pending status. |
Service Request | The used evaluation has been submitted to service for inspection. The evaluation can be edited but cannot be forwarded to the next stage until service has completed the inspection and sent it back. |
Being Inspected by Service | A service representative has picked up the evaluation and is in the process of performing the inspection. |
Request Being Evaluated | A manager has picked up the evaluation in order to perform their evaluation. |
Accepted Request | The manager has accepted the request. At this point the salesperson can place the evaluation into history or resubmit it. |
Rejected Request | The manager has rejected the request. At this point the salesperson can resubmit or delete the evaluation. |
Pending Request | An Inspection only has been created but not yet place into history. |
Click the Need to create a new equipment evaluation request? Click here to add link to add an equipment evaluation.
Click the Access evaluation history link to access evaluation history.
Click the Print an evaluation form link to print an evaluation form.
Click an Evaluation Number to open the General - Used Evaluations tab.
Click a Stock Number to open the Equipment Profile screen.
