Note:
The Lunch button will only appear on the Logged On screen if the Clean Time has previously been configured. The amount of time the technician is allowed for a lunch break is added to the work order.

From any IntelliDealer screen, click on the Product Support tab.
The Product Support Quick Links screen will appear.

From the Service List, click the IntelliTech link.
The Scheduled Work Orders screen will appear.

On the Scheduled Work Orders screen, enter a technician's number into the Select Technician field.
Click the GO>> link to generate the technician search.

Click on the Yes link on the Log On field.

Note:
A technician will be prompted for a premium code before logging off of a work order for a break, if the system has been previously configured for this option. -
On the Logged on screen, click on the Lunch button.
The Logged on screen will close stopping the W/O Total Remaining time on the current work order.

On the Additional Information screen, enter a premium code in the Select Premium Code field.

Click on the Search
icon.

On the Premium Codes screen, click on a Code.
The Additional Information screen will appear listing the selected code in the Select Premium Code field.

On the Additional Information screen, click the Submit button.
The Logged On screen will close and the technician will be logged off of the selected work order. -
After your lunch is done click on the Yes link on the Log on field of the current work order to continue work on the work order.
The Logged on screen will appear.

The Logged on screen will be updated and the Lunch button will not appear on the screen.
This shows that you have already taken your lunch.
