User Groups - Work With User Groups
You can use the User Groups - Work With User Groups tab edit, copy, rename or add a user group to the IntelliDealer system.
To open the User Groups - Work With User Groups tab, anywhere within IntelliDealer navigate to Administration > Settings> Security .
You can search for a user group by entering either a User's ID or User Group into the search field.
The fields on the User Groups - Work With User Groups screen are:

| Group Name | The user group name. |
| Type | The type of user group either Single User or Multiple User. |
Move the cursor over a Group Name and select Edit from the drop down list to open the Maintain User Groups screen.
Move the cursor over a Group Name and select Copy from the drop down list to open the Copy User Group screen.
Move the cursor over a Group Name and select Rename from the drop down list to open the Rename User Group screen.
Select the Click here to add user group link to add a user group.
