Messages
Use the Messages screen to view all messages from a particular user or all users. Messages loaded through this application are displayed on the Home page.
To open the Messages screen, hover over the Configuration link from anywhere within IntelliDealer and select Global Settings> Messages from the drop down list.
Use the Select User search field to select the user whose messages you would like to display. Once a user is selected, the Need to create a message? Click here to add. link is displayed. Click this link to open the Messages screen and add a new message.
The fields on the Messages screen are:

| Recipients | The user receiving the message. |
| Start Date | The message start date. |
| End Date | The message end date. |
| Message | The message that will be displayed on the user's IntelliDealer Home page. |
Click Close to complete your work on the Messages screen.
