Customer Equipment
You can use the Customer Equipment screen to view the customer's equipment list and allows you to quick add a customer owned piece of equipment to a profile.
To open the Customer Equipment screen, click the Customer Equipment link on the Customer Profile screen.
The sorting options on the Customer Equipment screen:

Stock Number | Sort the search results by stock number. |
Description | Sort the search results by description. |
Machine Serial Number | Sort the search results by machine serial number. |
Make/ Model | Sort the search results by the machine make/ model. |
The field on the Customer Equipment screen:

Show Traded Units | If selected, includes the customer's traded units within the search results. |

Name | The name of the customer who owns the equipment listed. |
Business Phone Number | The customer's business phone number. |
Salesperson | The salesperson associated with the customer's profile. |

The unit's stock number |
Description | A brief description of the unit. |
Serial Number | The unit's serial number. |
Make/Model |
The manufacturer of the unit. The model number on the unit. |
Status | Special equipment statuses related to, but not owned by, the customer (for example, if there is a pending sale of a unit to this customer, it will be listed here). |
Customer Fleet Number | If your customer assigns fleet/tag numbers to their equipment, it is displayed here for reference. |
Hours | The amount of hours on the unit's hour meter. |
As of | The date the unit's hours were recorded. |
Service Schedule/ Agreement |
If the unit is associated with a service agreement, the Contract Number for that service agreement is listed and when clicked, IntelliDealer displays either the contract or a listing screen showing the contracts. If there are multiple service agreements for the unit, the word Multiple appears as a link in this field. If the unit is not associated with a service agreement but the make/model matches at least one schedule, the word Yes is displayed and when clicked, allows the user to display the recommended service schedule for the machine. |
Click on a Stock Number to open the Equipment Profile screen to view a breakdown of current and historic equipment information.
Click on a Serial Number to open the Unit History screen to view a unit's history.
Click on an Hours amount to open the Update Hours screen to update the unit's hour meters.
Click on a Contract Number or the word Multiple to open the Contract Details screen associated to the service agreement.
Click on the Is there a machine missing from the List? Click here to add link to add a unit to the customer's equipment list.
Click Close to complete your work on the Customer Equipment screen.
