Update Hours

Use the Update Hours screen to update the machine hours of the selected unit.

You can only enter a value that is lower than the current number of hours recorded for the selected unit if the Update Equipment Hours If < Original switch is set to Y in the DIVTAB table.

The various ways to open the Update Hours screen are:

• On the Equipment Profile, click the Machine Hours button.

• On the IntelliTech Logged On screen, click the value in the Hours field.

  The Hours field only appears on the Logged On screen for units that have at least one hour meter, as specified by the group code assigned to the unit. See the Group Code screen help topic for more information.

The fields appear on the Update Hours screen, for each hour meter on the unit, are:

Field	Description
Previous	The previous amount of hours on the unit's hour meter.
Current	The new or current amount of hours on the unit's hour meter.
Date	The date that the hour meter was changed.

Use these buttons to complete your work on the Update Hours screen:

Button	Function
Save	Saves changes made on the Update Hours screen.
Close	Closes the Update Hours screen without saving and returns to the previous screen.
