Service Agreements

The Service Agreements tab allows you to view and add service agreements.

To open the Service Agreements tab, from anywhere in IntelliDealer, navigate to one of these locations:

  • Product Support > Equipment > Service Agreements

  • Product Support > Service > Service Agreements

  • Product Support > Rental > Service Agreements

  • Management Central > Service > Service Agreements

You can sort the search results by any one of:

  • Contract Number

  • Stock Number

  • Name

  • Expiry Date

The search fields on the Service Agreements tab are:

Field Description
Select Contract Search for service agreements by entering a contract number.
Select Stock Number Search for service agreements by entering a machine stock number.
Select Location Search for service agreements by entering a branch location.
Select Customer Search for service agreements by entering a customer number.
Select Program

Search for service agreements by selecting a SAM program from the drop down list.

Valid SAM Programs are accessed at Configuration > Service > Agreements Warranty > SAM Programs.

Select Category Search for service agreements by selecting a user-defined Category.
Show Expired If selected, includes expired service agreements within the service agreement search results.

The fields on the Service Agreements tab are:

Field Service
Contract Number The service agreement's contract number.
Stock Number The machine/unit stock number.
Machine Serial Number The machine/unit serial number.
Make/Model

The manufacturer of the machine/unit.

The model number on the machine/unit.

Name The customer's name or rental fleet name.
Program The service agreement program.
Expiry Date The service agreement expiration date.

Click a Contract Number to open the Contract Maintenance tab.

Click a Stock Number to open the Equipment Profile screen.

Click a Name to open theCustomer Profile screen.

Click the Need to create a new agreement? Click here to add link to add a new service agreement.
